Harp was great and professional. I had many small home repairs. I patched and paint my dry wall, mounted projector and two tvs. He mounted my Tv above the fireplace where another handyman failed to do so. He also installed my new shower and fixed my sink. I highly recommended him and want to work again with him.
I originally hired Cruz for rodent proofing but I liked his work so much I had him paint my bathroom, fix my window, frame my back door and put new door sweepers on. A great worker I would definitely hire him again and recommend his work to others.
RIcardo was great - super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He was incredibly responsive and was willing to pitch in on additional things to help make my move out as smooth as possible. For projects he helped install some flooring, paint, move some furniture and patch some holes. Would recommend him for sure.
Keith was fantastic! He arrived on time, a little early in fact, and was finished with the room we needed painted in a jiffy. He is very neat and takes extra care with surrounding furniture. He suggested two coats of paint for the wall since it was textured, and that seemed to work perfectly. His work is so good that we will be bringing him back to paint two other rooms in the apartment. His rates are competitive and his work is great. A+
We hired Albino to paint the large entryway of our loft apartment in SOMA. While renting, the paint along the long hallway had been scuffed and damaged and the realtor said that it required repainting. Albino was able to provide a fresh coat of paint within 24 hours of his initial bid. He offered the highest level of performance for an expensive apartment in the heart of SOMA; communication was fast, efficient, and clear before, during, and after the process; his team went above and beyond to get highest quality paint, taking the time to give the job what it needed and not settling with paint until match was perfect. He gave a fair estimate over the phone and did not deviate from that. He also worked with our schedule. For the above reasons I would give Albino the strongest possible recommendation.
We were really pleased with the work Matt did. We had a handful of projects that he completed for us: -Painting and installing trim and a dowel in our laundry -Adding reinforcements, a bike hook and shelving to a storage unit -Hanging floating kitchen shelves He has a great attention to detail when it comes to things like tight seams, clean edges and making things level. He was also on time, friendly, polite and cleaned up after himself. I will note that while we did pay the amount he initially quoted us, it worked out to more than his listed rate of $50/hr, but still seemed reasonable for the job. We'd be happy to use Matt again for future projects!
We found Salinas home remodeling services most helpful in several ways. Services done for us included electrical wiring, plumbing installation, wall and ceiling painting with texture applications. Also, bathtub, sink and appliance installation. All work was done at high standards. Note: we also experienced generous and positive attitudes from soft spoken professionals, and received on time service. Above all, we have memories of his installation process that are most rewarding. Thank You, Mr. Vyron Salinas and his helper Pablo. Yours truly, Nicholas Adkins
Hector did an excellent job. We hired him to patch and paint plaster and drywall on our living room ceiling due to pipe leaks and water damage. The living room has never looked so good. He was respectful of our house and left the place cleaner then he found it. I'd happily recommend him to anyone.
I hired Mauricio to paint a single interior wall in an office building. He did a great job, and came by a day early to confirm the color choice. He was very professional and was easy to communicate with via text (we all know its the easiest way). I highly recommend Mauricio!
Rudy and crew were very professional with the exterior paint job of our home. He was very thorough and detailed with the preparation of the home. He was very methodically and neat with the painting process. Once the job was complete, our house was left cleaned and all trash was removed. We would definitely recommend his service.
Milko painted our entire interior of the house (walls and ceilings) and he did a great job. We were going from colored walls to white, so it required more coats of paint than we originally expected and Milko was great about talking through changes in the plan. Overall, he was still lower cost than the other quote I received. He's also a super nice guy who was always punctual to meetings and quick to respond to texts. I tend to be a perfectionist and noticed issues on a couple of areas on the walls, and Milko was very willing to fix him. I would encourage anyone to bring up concerns with Milko because he will quickly address them. I'm really happy I hired Milko and would do so again in the future.
Ever did great work for a very fair price. He took his time, made our stucco look amazing, helped us pick the best masonry sealant/primer and paint, and painted with rollers and no mess.
We engaged C&C to paint the exterior of our entire home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Victor is professional, reliable and has been extremely flexible throughout the process. I really appreciate that they clean up daily. I would definitely hire victor and his crew for future projects in a heartbeat!
Carpentry to resolve structural issue/misalignment of wall. Added finishing touches with drywall and paint. On time. Knowledgeable. Met estimate exactly.
Juan put up trim and baseboard on newly textured and painted walls. He is so professional. He met my husband at home depot to buy supplies. Arrived on time, was really efficient and cleaned up really well before he left. He walked us through everything he did and told us how to proceed (painting and sanding) I appreciated the flat rate vs hourly for the job I posted. We’ve already talked about another small project I would like him to do for us. Thanks Juan!
Diego is the best person to work with!! He takes the time to really know what you want, and pleasing the client is extremely important to him. The quality of his work is excellent. He is a perfectionist. I'm so pleased with Diego's work and will definitely work with him again to paint the exterior of our house. Thanks Diego!!
Adan (pronounced Ah-DAHN, not Aye-Den) was a lifesaver for me when I needed a last minute requested for an interior paint job. He painted 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for me at such a great deal and he was worth the price. He and his crew took very careful time to make sure everything was right on the dot. I fully recommend Adan and his team for your paint jobs.
Jeremy was very easy to work with. He was very professional in his approach to the work and completed an excellent paint job in a timely manner. I recommend him with no reservations.
I hired Jose to paint my kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms which included slated closet doors. I opted for white and Jose was awesome in suggesting the types of paint that would do best in the various rooms i.e. to prevent mold in the bathrooms, etc. Jose was the second painter I received a quote from and he was actually $200 more than the first. However, Jose has great energy and really took the time to understand what I wanted, in the timeline we needed. He was careful, genuine and an overall great person to work with. I had no hesitation at all paying more for the quality and a great experience. Today, I am still so happy with the job he did with his team and would recommend him endlessly to friends and family.
I hired Sergey to do a full remodel of one floor (~1,500 sq. ft.) of a house in the Richmond in San Francisco. Full gut of kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and rebuilding of a small extension. The whole space was painted and floors were refinished. Nothing was left untouched. On communication: Sergey is very, very responsive. He will answer all texts, phone calls, emails etc. and if he happens to miss a call (which almost never happened), he returns it in minutes or sends a text to let you know when he can talk. On value: The quality of work is very good. Sergey works with a contractor named Artur who is a whiz at his job. Artur fixed every problem, made a few things I thought were not possible happen, and he was just really, really great. Between Sergey and Artur, they were able to realize the vision I had of my house. We were not significantly over budget. I do wish that Sergey had a better system for reimbursement of receipts. For example, Sergey bought things like trim, siding, and extra plumbing parts that I was to reimburse him for. Though I asked him for receipts multiple times, Sergey would show me pictures of receipts on his phone piecemeal and each receipt contained other purchases of rough materials that he was to be responsible for. Just confusing and difficult to do an accurate accounting. I just ended up paying him what he told me was the amount for all the reimburseable purchases without really seeing the receipts. Do I feel like Sergey fluffed the receipts? No, but I still would have liked a clear accounting of them. Overall, there are little details that were missed like small scratches in the refinished floors possibly made by ladders or tools, areas where paint wasn't retouched, socket plates that were installed sort of loose etc. BUT I am being picky and I can live with those little things. This next bit is the important part. Sergey has continuously made trips here and had workers come fix little things even after this project is technically done. This is a huge bonus and shows a sense of responsibility toward the project and pride in his quality of work that is certainly appreciated. On timeliness: This is where my biggest gripes lie. This was a 4-month project and we took 5 months to complete. Everyone expects delays in construction and I did too. But, it's the way in which the delays happened that frustrates and still irritates me. Work here was about 85% done by the end of month 4. We scheduled movers at the end of month 5 because Sergey promised that everything would be 100% finished in the extra month's worth of time. 10% of the remaining work was dragged out for the next three weeks. I let Sergey know again and again that movers were already scheduled for a certain Friday and that everything had to be finished before then. Sergey said ok and since the only work left to be done was installing all lights, light switches and socket plates, I felt relatively good about everything. The entire week before move-in day, no work happened. Sergey told me all of his workers were coming Friday to do the remaining work. I could not believe this. Friday was move-in day and I had told him I needed time for cleaners to come since everything was very dusty from the construction. There is no other way to summarize the end of the project other than to call it a complete and unmitigated disaster. Sergey had 4 people working while we had movers moving things in and since Sergey had told me cleaners could come that Friday, we had cleaners there at the same time. Things still were not finished and instead of being able to use that Friday night and Saturday to unpack, work was still ongoing so we had to cram all unpacking into that one Sunday. Also, since Sergey had said the house would be ready for cleaners, I hired people to do a move-in clean for $450 which ended up being a total waste because workers were still creating messes everywhere. There was no accountability on Sergey's part for this. The amount of stress created because of the blown timeline was huge. Overall: Basically, everything was going great for 95% of the project. There were small hiccups, a little bit of tension and miscommunication here and there, but honestly everything was going pretty well for such a large project. I am still sour about the end of the remodel which Sergey knows and understands. The project just did not have to end this way and it was his job to make sure of that. However, I do have to emphasize that Sergey is continuing to come back and take care of small issues such as installing toilet paper holders, a heating grate that had been lost but turned up, fixing our shower fixture handle so the water could get hotter, etc. It's been almost a month since we moved in and as time passes, I feel less angry about the end of the project mainly because I am really enjoying the space Sergey created for me and because he is still responsive and taking care of leftover project odds and ends. Will I hire him again? I'm not sure. We have a lot more large-scale work to be done so we will need contractors soon again, but it's hard to say right now. However, it's a strong possibility.
He was very professional. Always on time and ready to work. Also, helped in picking out quality paint, tile and fixtures at a great value. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with all the work to be done. He even measured, put in brackets and hung my 60 inch flat screen above the fireplace! It looks GREAT! I would definitively recommend Kellie and use him in the future. Happy customer! 😊
