- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $125 for the first 15min Wich cover the cost of travel to and from location and a Quick Heating OR Cooling Check Etc. $125 per hr after that (Wich pauses if I have to go to a local supply to get parts ). This means $250 for the first hour and fifteen minutes ($125 per hr after that) unless it's a super quick fix Wich happens time to time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with new customers before dispatching to see if I can help solve the problem over the phone and to get a better idea of what the job entails. After that I like to explain my pricing before booking a time/date for me to show up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed a few classes at Laney college. I have courses completed with my local union and tons of single day training courses completed. Taken so many different online courses and continue research online weekly. Currently enrolled in SP Academy for Commercial HVAC.
