Roxanne is simply amazing. She’s an amazing and genuine person. I approached her around January and she’s been my Lifecoach eversince. I can safely say that she helped me in ways I couldn’t think of. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?**Given what a tough year it's been for so many, I'm offering a pay-what-you-can special for new clients** I generally ask my clients to make an investment of $200/month. This includes two 60-minute sessions and up to 30 minutes of ad-hoc coaching over phone or email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Introduction We’ll get to know each other and chat about what you’re looking for from coaching. Values + Purpose We’ll spend time getting clear on what’s really important to you as the foundation of our work. Outcome Development We’ll set goals that address what you want to do, who you want to be, and how you want to be. Ongoing Coaching We’ll have twice monthly coaching sessions in which you’ll deepen your learning and make progress toward your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a CTI-trained coach with nearly a decade of experience helping organizations become places where their people thrive. I have experience in-house and as a consultant across several industries and HR practice areas, including leadership development, employee engagement, recruiting, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and HR operations.
