- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system, but if the project requires too many details; I go by an hourly rate + materials to be use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk over the phone to see what needs they have, get a scope of timing for urgency or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience in the field of painting & drywall. Handy services could be a punch list of things to do and it changes from customer to customer; one day I can be doing demo work, others checking water leak, dry rut repairs, deck stains, etc.
