1) Initial Email questionnaire and phone conversation that describes client needs & industry, project parameters, audience, timing, and budget. 2) Written proposal & signed approval along with initial payment 3) Research and present rough drafts/comps 4) Second payment 5) Refine chosen direction and provide several options for next round 6) Further refining and tweaking 7) Finalize design details 8) Final payment 9) File Production for print / usage submitted
