Our prices are the lower of hourly rate and daily rate, and the higher of Miles rate and daily rate. We are a fair company that put greater value on relationships, we would love to build a relationship with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our process is very simple, we need detail information on scope of work, we analyze the data, and provide recommendations as far as time, vehicle type, and logistics. Lastly we would provide the customer our recommendation followed with a detailed quote to fit the need
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO Mr. Gerges achieved a Degree in Chemistry and Computer Science. Combining a strong and solid intellectual foundation, a passion to learn and lead; Anthony held a vast array of instrumental
positions throughout his professional Career. As a Senior CAD/CAM engineer and partnership with Stryker Instruments, he successfully designed, implemented and manufactured one of the first
multilayered rigid-flex circuit board for medical devices implanted within the human body for pain mitigation and control.
Furthering his career, Anthony has challenged colleagues and peers for out of the box thinking to achieve innovative solutions. As a Senior Project Manager at Microsoft Corporation, Anthony successfully deployed in excess of fifteen international, full scale Data centers. This achievement is a testament for good planning, strong organizational skills, ability to lead and direct cross functional teams as well as controlling a budget in excess of half a billion US dollars.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a passion for the automotive industry, customer service and the realization of a need to provide services to the community in the transportation industry, Mr. Gerges embraced the idea of a family owned charter business and Whitecastle Tours Inc was incepted nearly a decade ago.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many east bay School districts, many corporations such as Workday Team building trips, LAM Research, AT&T, Yearly Super Bowl provider-we provider transportation for the last 3 Super Bowls, local Churches, and many Transient travelers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When comparing Quotes for Bus Charter Service, be sure you are comparing every line item. Many companies do not include fuel surcharges, taxes, parking fees, etc.. At Whitecastle Tours, our Quotes are transparent and there will be no hidden charges. What you see on the quote is what you pay! I also want to add Fleet age, please consider the year make and model of the bus. Generally the older the fleet the lower the price, we at Whitecastle Tours, Inc. always have a new fleet 2014 - 2017. Our entire fleet has a SPAB certifications which means that it is certified by the CHP (additional inspection) to allow us to service kids and schools. Not every transportation company gets this certification because of their old fleet does not pass the Safety guidelines set forth by the State government.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do you need the vehicle to stay at your event the entire time or would it make sense for you or/and your guests to be transferred to and from the event hence (2) Transfers? There is a savings there.
