We had Sam today, very nice person, very helpful, came back with a solution that save us $350.00 after we told him it was too much for the part, he came back in half hour solve our problem with his boss without using new parts. Very professional, he listen to our covid precaution as we had a fam memb with no immunity, he wore a mask, use gloves and shoe cover per our health restriction, very happy with the work and the fact they help us solve our oven problem save us money not needing unnessary panel for an oven only 3 yrs old , Will be using them again for all our repair needs.

Victor came on time and fixed the dishwasher draining issue quickly. There is something stuck in draining part. After this, he offered complimentary maintenance on the condenser in my refrigerator

Viktor showed up on time and was very thorough. He explained what was wrong with the refrigerator including the compressor and oil in the evaporator coil and finished the job in less than 3 hours. He had all the parts he needed which made it very efficient. And we provided guidance on how to do better maintenance in the future. Would defintiely recommend for jobs!

Sam came by and took a look at our refrigerator. He was very professional and carefully explained what the issues were, and gave us a very honest explanation of the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing the fridge. He understood the pressure of having to make such a big decision on the spot and offered us a grace period to make the decision, making himself available to come back again this weekend if we decide to go with repairing. No hard sell, but friendly and informative. Thanks Sam!
