Hello Amy, Unfortunately you and Elisio made an agreement without me involved and from his perspective you tried to get him to do free work. Because neither of you involved me (I was paid $0 for this project and still have no signed copy or email from you or him with the scope of the work) I do not feel responsible for what you two decided to do and think that you should be leaving a review for him as my quote was never accepted. I have worked with him before in the field 3 times and everyone else I have referred him to (7 clients) is very happy with his work. I did ask if I could come and have someone make it right the day that you two were arguing and you declined. I was also available within 3 days of your argument but I can not stress enough how important it is that when you engage in work with someone that you have a contract before starting work. I feel victimized because you are attacking my company for work that I did not make any money from and as I've reviewed the job, he actually paid you to do work for you and lost money on this job too. I think both of you should have made a contract so you guys didn't have to argue and both be so angry. He thinks you did him wrong and I know that you think he did you wrong, this is why we make contracts before any work gets started. I would appreciate it if you would remove this review as I did not engage in the work with you, I never had a contract and was not hired by you. You paid Elisio, directly I'm assuming because I haven't received anything. Elisio and you should work this out. Please consider my perspective and thank you for communicating with me.
