One of the first things Gleo told me was that he had a regular job and would be able to work on weekends. He did two jobs for me at a rental. One was installing a medicine cabinet and interior lock. He did not complete repair of drywall repair by the cabinet. The other job was installation of a security door. He installed the medicine cabinet, lock and security door in a good manner. He did not complete an addition to the bottom of the security door. He was pleasant, on time, cleaned up well, and cooperative but for the incomplete items. I wanted him to paint a bath in S.F. at another rental but, he did not give me an estimate (perhaps too far away). Manelis Properties

Gleo was great. We needed someone to paint the interior of our house in short notice. I sent pictures and talked to him about what we were looking for. He gave me an estimate within a few hundred dollars and then came out. He ended up charging less than his initial quote and started the next day. He told us to mark any areas that needed retouching after the paint dried the following day then promptly came out that night to touch up. The house looks amazing. He was very responsive, respectful of our things and left the house clean of any trips or spills. Will definitely call him for any work around the house, great honest guy.
