Arthur was very professional. He assessed the problem with my refrigerator immediately and explained how to repair it. He gave me a reasonable quote, ordered the parts and returned promptly to repair the unit once the parts arrived. He worked very quickly and knew exactly how to repair the unit. Before leaving, he told me that if this did not fix the problem, he would return at no additional cost. I am very grateful for his promptness and professionalism.
