Introduction: Darnell Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) is a contingency-to-hire engineering staffing and consultant resource firm with a core staff of highly qualified personnel employees. We are certified by the State of California as a woman minority-owned business. Our company targets seasoned engineers, designers, and computer-aided design professionals for placement as contractors-on-staff with their business clients. DTS, Inc. provides IT employees on architectural, engineering, and construction projects for private, federal, state, and local municipality companies in the southern California area. These contractors are employed by DTS, Inc. and supervised by our engineering clients. Our clients are billed an hourly rate, while DTS, Inc. takes on the employment burdens. We also provide our partner with qualified technology specialists who produce quality CAD drawings offsite and delivers drawings to meet project deadlines, while also developing marketing relationships to bring you additional projects and future business.
