About this pro
Initially retained for a one-day high ceiling loft project. Results were so impressive that I requested William to stay on for a full week. He transformed the home. Friendly, professional, strong eye for aesthetics, punctual, exceeded all expectations and commitments. Will need to add photos. Thank you William.May 3, 2018Verified
William painted two rooms: living and dining. He was on time, extremely meticulous and did a job that was beyond good. I'm having him back to do more paint work soon. Your search should stop here. William is not only great at what he does...but he's a great man.Apr 17, 2017Verified
We just purchased our first home and needed the taupe walls painted white. I found William on Thumbtack and he came to give us a quote for the 1st floor and a few of our cabinets. We were happy w/ the quote and decided to move forward. The day before William arrived we texted him to ask if there was certain paint we had to get (ceiling, walls, eggshell, flat etc). He didn't recommend a specific brand so we went w/ the Home Depot brand, Behr. William was on time and very nice. We decided we wanted all the walls in the house painted which prolonged the time it took for the job to be complete, but we didn't mind. What sucked was he just put NEW hinges and door knobs on every door, and instead of removing or having us remove the hinges he left them on and while he was painting the walls he got white paint all over our bronze hinges (and those aren't cheap!). We kept giving him the benefit of the doubt, and thought the paint would blend, but it never did. Maybe the paint wasn't mixed well beforehand? There were a ton of areas left unfinished, tons of paint drips on the wall, various areas that you could still see the old taupe color. He agreed to come back after we were all moved in to finish up the job and do touchups. We finally got around to having him come back for the touchups.2 months later. I thought it was going to be a full day job because of all the touchups he needed to do. However, he was just there for 3 hours. He repainted some cabinets but didn't take them off. He also didn't open the cabinets to paint the inside. So now we have the inside unfinished. He completely forgot to paint one of our bathrooms so when he came back from touchups that was one of the main focuses. This time we had all our furniture in the house and finished floor. He wasn't careful even thought I told him a few times to take extra precautions. Still found white drops all over the new flooring. Disappointed in the finished product. My husband and I are going to now have to do touchups on our own. Wouldn't recommend if you really care about the finished product. If you're just looking for an affordable small paint job, then William is your guy. Super nice guy, just not thorough or careful.Apr 25, 2017VerifiedWilliam W.'s reply
I made sure she look over every thing real good be for I left and she was satisfied with her painting project , some of her wall's, I painted over 3 coats of paint and made sure she saw it was done and Mrs Jenni was ratified, I never leave a job until my customers are a 100% ratified.

He was very professional and attentive. He went above and beyond any expectation I had. The job he was hired for was only 2 rooms. He was so good, we had him do another bathroom and 2 more rooms. His prep work was great and he put everything back in the same place it was removed from. He was very clean and respectful. We will hire him for more jobs to come.Jan 21, 2018William W.'s reply
