Ok where do I start Ok ;
Ok, my husband and I are very lucky to finally find a perfectionist in the entire country with an extremely good price that you cannot imagine.
I have to say that giving Octavio 5 star is still not enough I wish there was I Billon star to give this smart perfectionist handyman or I should say a perfect complete package of a construction man that knows exactly what we dreamed about our house .
First I was shock and still at shock for the lowest price he charged us like NO OTHERS, and we are lucky.
The job he does with such low price, Yes I said the lowest price among anyone you ever were seen, I can assure you that I was charged by others very high price BUT Octavio is charging an extremely good price for the perfect job he does I have to say is like winning a lottery .
Ok I will categorize everything about him
His personality, he is smart, direct, clear, and he does not play around. Like others he don’t like to come late and leave early , he usually started at 8:30 and finished his day at 7 pm I asked him why he said because he like to finish the job perfectly on time and fast, I mean me and my husband were shock at how lucky we are
He charged us for his daily labor and then we paid for the product and he took us to home depot and got us discount so that saved us a lots of money, he is so caring and kind that he even show me and my husband where to find a great bargain when it comes to tiles etc..
He never said no to us when we asked him about how we like some area of our house to look and he said No problem and he exactly did as we dreamed. He even used his truck to deliver items so he saved us money and so we did not have to pay for delivery. All I can say that he knows 100% about electricity, plumbing, paint, he can build the entire house on his own . Ok if you like to know what my house looked like before all I can say that when my husband purchased the house the house was invaded by the termites, the bathroom floors had broken tiles, the fence of the house was a disaster , the water heater broke dawn on us and he fixed it ASAP and it only cost us $1.65 for the product that the water heater and this is an example , and it took him only 10 minutes to fix it ,we truly love him .
He fixed the leak and broken pipe insight our wall asp, he also put a water softener and did the entire plumbing, he painted the entire house exterior and it took him only 2 days, he painted and crown molded the interior of the house meanwhile fixing my other handyman bad jobs and it took him only 3 days , he did my bathroom completely news , doors were painted , etc…I like to say more but I don’t want to because I know some may find it a bit too long so all I can say that if you like to know and see personally his job you are more than welcome to email me at hasseba.n@gmail.com..I love to take you to the tour of our home. He was flexible the schedule and came to pick up the material together. It was big plus because I did not have a truck. The installation was beautifully done too.
