To Begin with look no further for your representation. The Miller Law Firm quite literally saved my future. In March of 2017 I received my 1st DUI. My representation for that was less than ideal. I then violated my probation and DMV status by getting a 2nd DUI which resulted in a near fatal accident where I was in a coma for a week. I woke upon the miracle that no one was injured other than myself and of course the fact I had been arrested. I have spent a life dealing with legal counsel in regards to professional interests and so I was was very discerning while searching for representation. I put myself in a very very very bad situation; like felony bad situation.... that was not the trajectory I had anticipated upon. I spent days looking for the correct advocate for myself and advocate is an important concept. I ,beyond luck, came across Mr. Christopher Miller. 1. He was honest. did not sugar coat the outcome that was possible for the situation I put myself in. 2. He has the greatest "bedside manner" of any law professional I've known. He has been supportive beyond what you could possibly imagine i.e.. no judgment whatsoever, checking in on my emotional state, building confidence, and being an actual rock through remarkably bad circumstances. 3. Christopher Miller changed my future. From what could have been a felony he had it contained to a misdemeanor with the absolute minimal punishment I was to receive all while being considerate, intuitive, understanding, and beyond knowledgeable. I really hope anyone reading this truly comprehends how rare this is and I wish you a wonderful day.

Vidya was amazing and even with short notice she was punctual, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Unlike other quotes, she didn't try to charge my elderly, home bound clients an exorbitant price though others tried to add on fees for travel and convenience. I will definitely try to use her from now on whenever I have clients that need her services in an are she services. As a Paralegal and Legal Document Assistant, I have met many Notaries and she is the best by far!

We needed quick legal advice and help drafting some documents. Mr. Sandler was quick to respond and very helpful with advice. He was friendly, professional and his work product was great. We settled the matter, however if it didn't get settled I would have felt extremely confident using him to represent our interests.

Sevan is amazing and all about the client!!! He made me feel very comfortable with my situation, when others I consulted with made me feel ashamed. He’s attentive, follows through, and always updated me on all the steps. He’s very knowledgeable and knows how to communicate with examples, so you clearly get it. He even gave me tips on budgeting and saving so that I am more aware of my habits from here on out. I highly recommend him, and would give 10 stars if possible.

I recommend this service. The only downside is they don't have a standardized invoice or receipt and you must photograph their endorsement page showing your fee as paid along with their notary stamp to effect a proper legal receipt for those requiring one for their accounting records or reimbursement purposes.

As I was in need of a notary post haste for some legal documents, I saw an ad on line for Adam Litwin. I contacted him and within two hours he arrived and was able to complete the job expeditiously. He is a very kind consummate professional.

I'd never been in a position where I didn't get breaks when working. Even worse, I wasn't getting paid extra for that time. I was in a crappy situation alongside a bunch of other colleagues. SLF helped me recover thousands of dollars in unpaid wages - a lot of people shy away from getting legal help but I had no other choice. I'm very grateful Mr. Srourian exposed my employer and forced their hand to do the right thing.

I retained the legal services of Justin Rodriguez and Emmanuel to help me with two of my cases last year. One case was a misdemeanor-public intoxication charge, they resolved this case for me by dismissing the charge and not having me pay any court fines. My second case was a lot more complex, it involved detectives trying to create a sexual assault case against me out of baseless information. For months the detectives swore they had a case against me, Emmanuel and his office would talk to the detective and would advise me afterwards about the situation. It became clear months later that the detective would try rogue tactics to try and go around my hired attorneys. I was advised by Emmanuel to move out of my apartment where I lived because it seemed to Emmanuel that the landlord was calling the police on me for strange reasons. Slightly surprised to see the police at my door one morning for hours claiming they would break into my apartment based on a false warrant and false charges. I would talk/text to Emmanuel about the situation as the police wanted to break into my place. The landlord opened the door with his key to my apartment and I was arrested and released with no charges the next day. I did as Emmanuel said to do and not tell the police or detective any information about anything. The detective had no case against me and the police needed to break the law on false charges to come and try to get me to talk to them. All this drama from the police and detective is now in the past and I'm glad I had Emmanuel there to advise me as things got crazy and a bit out of control with the police at my door. I would highly recommend the legal service of their law firm if you are in need of a great attorney to get you out of a complex legal situation.

Review of Cloud Paralegal Services, LLC Mood Rehman was amazing from the very start! I'm the type of person that asks a million questions, and reads everything, and he was really patient with answering my questions and making me feel really secure about the process of dealing with the court. He was very flexible with my schedule and making time for in person meetings to go over the case at my location. He was easy to reach by email or phone and always answered promptly. I was updated on the process and each step without my having to call for the information myself. Professional, knowledgeable, and sincere are the qualities of a good paralegal and Cloud Paralegal Services more than exceeded my expectations. Mr Rehman is professional yet friendly. He took the time to explain everything from beginning to end, in the preparation of my legal forms, and their processing through the court system. I sent an e-mail inquiry hoping to receive a response right away and that it wouldn't cost too much due to my circumstances. I was so happy when I received an email response promptly with some answers and important information regarding my situation, without having paid or even having discussed the cost of preparing the documents. He made me feel that he was really willing to help and that he wanted to me to have the best information available on the court documents and the procedure in order to not only have the forms accepted by the court, but for my petition to be granted. I am very pleased with his courtesy and professionalism. He went out of his way and spent his valuable time to help me on a totally unrelated issue and I cannot thank him enough. I would absolutely recommend him because he was also extremely compassionate and understanding. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How do you find a good real estate lawyer?

If buying or selling property feels overwhelming and the thought of finding a good real estate lawyer seems daunting, you’re in luck. There are some simple steps to follow for finding a trustworthy, affordable real estate lawyer to help with your property and legal needs.

    • Determine what kind of real estate lawyer you need. Many states require a real estate attorney to handle sale closing documents. For more complex matters such as a real estate deal gone awry or foreclosure, you’ll want to find an attorney who has successfully handled cases like yours.
    • Look for online reviews of real estate lawyers in your area. Verify that they have proven experience closing or winning cases like yours and that they are in good standing with the state bar association.
    • Choose two or three lawyers to interview. Many offer a free consultation to learn about your case and provide information about rates. For standard real estate closing services, in-depth interviewing might not be necessary.
    • Ask about their rates and whether they charge by the hour or provide services for a flat fee. Ask whether a retainer is required, and what the total bill should be for a case like yours.
    • Ask for a write-up of the services that will be covered by the projected costs.
    • Make sure you like the real estate agent and they treat you with respect. Confirm whether they or another person will be working on your case and make sure you’re comfortable with all members of their team.
    • Pay the retainer and hire your lawyer.

What does an immigration attorney do?

Immigration lawyers help their clients through all phases of the immigration process. Experts on immigration law, they are legally qualified to represent U.S. citizens, permanent residents or undocumented immigrants. Immigration lawyers also provide assistance to visitors here on student, work or travel visas, and can represent clients who may have an expired visa or who have overstayed their visa.

You can hire an immigration lawyer to assist you with petitioning for renewing a permanent resident or green card, navigating the naturalization process, submitting an employee-based petition for a work visa, filing a petition for a family member, or representing you or a loved one who is facing detention or deportation, as well as replacing, extending or changing a current visa, green card or work permit. The immigration process is highly complex, with multiple hearings, paperwork and requirements. Hiring a legal expert to represent you can help you make your best effort in the process. When researching immigration lawyers, it is very important to verify their qualifications and find a reputable attorney. Read reviews and verify that the immigration lawyer is licensed by your state before paying any fees.

What is a personal injury lawyer?

A personal injury lawyer fights on your behalf if you’ve been injured physically, psychologically, economically or in reputation. This injury may be the result of neglect or malicious intent of another person, or it could be at the hands of a business, government or other entity. Personal injury lawyers specialize in tort law, which is the law of civil wrongs like car accidents, company wrongdoing, unlawful imprisonment and more.

To become qualified to be a personal injury lawyer in the United States, a person must earn a bachelor’s degree, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from a law school. Most states then require the person to pass the bar exam to become licensed to practice law. Unlike many attorneys who require a retainer, personal injury lawyers often work on contingency fees. This means that in lieu of payment upfront, they receive an agreed-upon percentage of the settlement in case of a win.

What does a real estate lawyer do?

A real estate lawyer represents their client’s best interest in all matters related to the sale, purchase and ownership of real estate. They are experts in real estate law. In states that require a real estate lawyer to close home sales, the lawyer must review and finalize all documents before the deal can be legally completed. Real estate lawyers also help clients legally protect their rights when entering, exiting or renegotiating a real estate deal. You can hire a real estate lawyer as an individual or as a business. A real estate lawyer can help with negotiation, addressing mortgage fraud, managing foreclosures and bankruptcy, transfers of titles and deeds, property ownership disputes, zoning issues, creating a co-ownership contract for joint purchase of a property, and much more. Real estate lawyers can also protect you from issues that result when a known problem was not properly disclosed by the previous owner. Overall, real estate lawyers are an added cost when it comes to buying and selling property, but they also ensure your best interests are met, and that you and the people you are doing business with comply with the law.

What kind of lawyer does wills?

No one likes talking about death, but it’s better than leaving your children or siblings to sort out your estate. A clearly planned will can make the time of mourning easier for everyone. An estate attorney will develop a legal will, create trusts on your behalf, and ensure the proper execution of your estate after you pass away.

Family attorneys and estate attorneys, also called probate and wills attorneys, can each prepare wills. The type of lawyer best suited to prepare your will depends on your situation. Most family attorneys provide services to prepare basic wills, including bequeathing property and personal items to family or naming a guardian for minor children. However, estate attorneys specialize in preparing wills in more complex situations. Consider hiring an estate attorney if you:

    • Have a large number of assets, especially those subject to estate taxes
    • Want to create a trust, such as allowing a spouse to live in your home until he or she dies and then leaving it to your children, or set up long-term care for a beneficiary
    • Have an ownership stake in a business
    • Expect someone to contest your will
    • Want to disinherit your spouse
Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
