I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
They taught a yoga class and everyone loved it! Couldn't be happier with our selection!
Excellent yoga class, very informative. Very pleased with how she instructed the group of 15+. Her sequence of yoga poses and stretches was exactly what we needed and asked for. Will definitely work with her again, highly recommend purefit yoga!

I have been going to Stephanie Horsley's yoga class for several years now. She beams with love, generosity and positivity and is beyond knowledgable about yoga and obviously lives that life everyday. I am impressed by her ability to talk while she's doing the poses with us! The studio where she has classes is deeply peaceful and even has a wonderful view of Los Angeles with plenty of free parking. I whole-heartedly recommend Stephanie. Do yourself a favor and take one of her classes. You're bound to learn and expand.
Olivia was great! She came with all the equipment, got set up and got my dad comfortable with yoga. She's still working with him.
Jenne is a fellow yoga teacher and good friend. I worked with her at Glendale Yoga and we also took each other’s classes. Jenne is incredibly attentive to her students and has a gentle approach that many find very comforting. She is highly knowledgeable and educated and comes to her instruction with years of experience in many disciplines including Kundalini, Hatha, Restorative and Therapeutic. She’s always on board for learning something new. She is animated and positive in her demeanor, specific and clear in her instructions, kind and understanding in her manner and spiritual in her approach. She is responsible in all ways a great yoga teacher should be and truly cares for each unique body with all of its many challenges. Go Om with Jenne. Your body, heart and mind will thank you!
I started yoga lessons with Adam because my blood pressure was elevated. I had read on his website that Raja yoga could be beneficial for lowering b/p and it was. For almost a year now I have been using the customized practice Adam developed for me. While I have attempted other types of yoga for over 15 years I never stayed with a practice because the postures were too painful. In addition to my blood pressure returning to normal I experience a deeper connection to my body.
Victoria was wonderful! She truly is an amazing yoga instructor. Very knowledgeable and professional with a unique energy. If we ever need a yoga instructor for future events, we know to contact her! We loved Victoria!

Annie is probably one of the best instructors I have ever been with. She is caring, corrects your pose at all times, even when it is a little off, she will make sure I am doing it properly. She is very thorough with her instructions and makes it easy to follow along. If you are a beginner, intermediate, or even expert at yoga, Annie makes sure that she makes it challenging for your level. I would highly recommend Annie as a yoga instructor!
Devon is very responsive to my individual ability and needs as a yoga practitioner. She has the ability to gently encourage me, through guidance with words and touch, to make adjustments to my postures that are quite enlightening! It is such a gift of empowerment to spend an hour with Devon. I learn so much with every class I take.
Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra has a really well-balanced approach to fitness, so it's great knowing that I'm not just getting stronger, but also building my cardio and keeping my flexibility.
A wonderful yoga teacher, and a wonderful person. I highly recommend her to anyone who is a newbie or someone who has practiced yoga for a long time. She really helped me with my back-problems! As well as making yoga easy and fun!
Where do I start? I have done a personal healing session ,Chakra dance workshop and yoga with Tami. All of them a wonderful experience. Tami has a very strong sense of people, and her teaching skills are absolutely amazing. She is flexible and accommodating. Her yoga classes – her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, and what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room. I appreciate how she paces the class, not too slow, and not too fast. A great professional you will enjoy working with, a great person you will be delighted to meet. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for mindfulness training for themselves, their family, or their workplace.
Me and my husband have benefited greatly from Skye's classes. This is one of the best yoga classed you will ever take. She deals with the level your at and works with who you are. I feel so much more flexible. My husband would never do yoga before. Her meditations have changed our lives.
Dianna is an experienced, thoughtful and compassionate nutritionist who takes a truly integrated approach to health & wellness. Melissa and I met at my local library and went over what we were looking to accomplish. She was already prepared with the bit of information I provided via email. After her assessment of my 5 year old I decided to hire her on the spot. Today is our 3 session and we are very happy.
It was my first yoga class in a long time and I recall not liking it in the past. I took Robin’s class at my apartment complex last week and it was such a great experience. I felt so calm and relaxed during and much more after. She had the perfect voice for the class. I was a total newbie and didn’t know names of positions and I liked how she named each position as she was doing it. It was very easy to catch on. I also appreciated how she provided options for beginners and advanced attendees. I had a sprained elbow (unrelated incident) and the options made it easier to find a comfortable position for certain moves. I was very impressed and now I LOVE yoga! I can’t wait to do it again and join Robin’s class in the future when my elbow heals.
Had a lovely time taking Lindsey’s class. She’s knowledgeable, great at cueing, and definitely brings her positive energy into the studio. I’m looking forward to taking her class again soon!
