Bruce is turning into our go-to plumber. When we heard the gurgling sounds we knew ther was a serious problem. I almost lost it,--after all, we just had work done a few weeks ago but He talked me in from the ledge. Bruce unclogged the main sewer line and install a main sewer line clean out (because our 1930s house didn't have one).. He also discovered that our original galvanized pipes are almost disintegrating. But that is for another house call.... Only one complaint, and that is that Bruce only takes cash. (Who does that since 2000?) Cash is not always practical.
Thank you Manny for looking out for me and my family as the smell and back up of sewerage into our home was extremely dangerous. Manny performed an inspection using his sewer camera. He explained to me what we were seeing and why we were seeing what we saw and at the same time explaining to me what needed to be done to fix the sewer pipe. He explained it in such a way that it all made sense, the connections and all. After the inspection, I gave Manny the okay to begin the work and thank God that he was able to send his crew to our home within the hour. The work was guaranteed, done fast, including the 10 foot ditch that had to be dug. Manny and his crew were extremely nice, quick, affordable and reliable. No more stinky smells and backups for us!! For all of your plumbing needs, I highly recommend Allstar Rooter! Thank you Manny!
Juan was very responsive with his communications, arrived on time, excellent prep work and cleanup. He was hired to R & R a sink faucet and drain in tight vanity compartment. Juan was well prepared and did great work. I recommend his services if you are looking for a solid plumber.
Clean out sewer drain. Quick response. Fair price.
Dave responds to our request fast within hours and explained the situation of our gutter problem and future issues clearly, hands on to fix the gutter cleaning right away with a reasonable price. nice person to work with.
Frank & his assistant did a great job snaking & unclogging our clogged bathtub drain.
They came out quickly and re plumbed my sink drain with better components on the same visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I hired Ocho Plumbing to entirely replace a bathroom faucet, drain a shower drain and repair the parts inside a toilet tank. Edgar was very responsive. He arrived on time. He communicated estimates and pricing ahead of doing the work. He was honest and very professional. The work he did was excellent and he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him!
As a contractor I'm particular about other contractors. I've also had a number of plumbers out to the house and have never called the same one back twice. Anthony will be the first I will call back. Super nice guy, prompt, and easy to contact. The price was also equal to or better than the other plumbers I've called. He got to the house and had the drain unclogged in no time. This is after I used my own snake, then went out and rented a 50' electric snake from Home Depot, spent hours on the drain, and finally gave up and called Anthony. I would highly recommend him for your drainage, hot water heater, most of your plumbing needs.
Great experience and friendly professional service. I highly recommend Efrain and Blue Streak Plumbing.
Isidoro is a trust worthy person. Very hard to find a professional like this. He used the hydrojet and camera for a sewer line, yet the result is just satisfactory. Later that night, Isi told me it was his equipment under-performing. Isi fixed the hydrojet, and came back the following day to complete the job to the best of his ability. This is an indication of an honest person. I will definitely call Isi for the next job. Furthermore, his rate is very competitive.
American Castles Mike To the RESCUE!!! The water heater at my rental property burst on a Friday afternoon causing some major damage to the house. The renters were furious because their items got damaged and the house wasn't inhabitable after that. On the inside, the bathroom wall and under stairway closet were all soaking wet and drywall/carpet/padding had to be removed immediately to prevent mole build up. On the garage side where the water heater located, the entire wall was destroyed. so I called my home insurance who provided me with their preferred plumber who quoted an additional $540 out of pocket on top of what the insurance was going to cover just so he can bring up the water heater installation to code! He told me that it will take him 1+ week to order the water heater (duh...get one from Home Depot take only 1hr...which is what Mike did) and that he can install a temporary water heater and will charge $137/wk! He also referred me to a water damage restoration company which I was not too happy with either. Since it was an emergency and I went with that company. They came in and ripped out all the wet drywall without caring for any molding; especially for garage doors and closet doors! It seemed like what ever the water heater didn't damage, they did. They also broke my water heater intake shut off valve. damage the water heater over flow copper pipe. All I can say is I will not use them again! Back to the plumber, something was smelling fishy about his quote and so I called and questioned this plumber. His response was "Well, I will need to flush out the gas line and calibrate your water pressure...upgrade to the new California safety quote...put in earthquake straps...install new vent line since the new water heater nowaday don't use the old vent line!". I was not convinces so I started to Google for good local contractor and AMERICAN CASTLES (Mike Tay is the owner) came up from Thumtack along with few others from other websites. I contacted them and they came in and provided me quotes. Mike was the last one I contacted. He arrived within 30min. He checked out the damages and explained to me what needs to get done sequentially to get everything back in proper operation for my tenants. Mike is very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining things. I told him what the plumber had said, he laughed and told me the whole thing was a rip off and a scam! Another crock of bull**** and advised me against it. He told me to call my insurance company to inquire about using other plumber. Sure enough I was offered the "cash out" option which I didn't even know was available. I took that option and went with Mike for the repair. Mike knows how important it is for my tenants to get the hot water running again once the water damage restoration company completed the clean up/dry out the area (took 1 week). As soon as that company removed their equipment, Mike had his crew come in the next day (Saturday) to repair the garage dry wall and finished the installation of the new water heater and brought it up to code on safety on Sunday! He even added the water pan and installed drain pipe for me. I didn't even know such a thing exists (talk about quality...he treats it like repairing his own home!). The best part is his charge for the whole job including new water heater, earthquake straps, valve, drain pan, vent and new connection is far way less than what that plumber was going to charge me. I loved the fact he took the time to show me how things should be done up to code and what works for my situation instead of just giving a price and walking away. He did an awesome job! Unfortunately my landlord insurance's deductible was so high, I asked Mike to give me a quote for fixing the damage in the garage and inside the house. Mike's quote was very competitive and the best part is he is always willing to work with me knowing my situation (thx Mike). My bathroom paint is 16 years old so it was a challenge to match the paint for the new wall. After only quoting me for painting a small wall inside the bathroom, Mike decided on his own to paint the entire bathroom without charging for it. Now that what I call TAKING PRIDE IN YOUR WORK AND STICKING TO YOUR WORD!!! My summary is, Mike successfully completed the entire job and installation in four days. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone and will definitely be using and referring him to everyone I know.
JAVIER CAME OUT AND FIXED A DRAIN LEAK IN MY WATER HEATER, PRICE WAS FAIR
I called Clyde. He came in less than one hour. He checked out a leak that was soaking our family room carpet, located the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. The next morning he came, removed water soaked wall board, broke concrete to expose the damaged drain pipe, removed the crumbling and leaking cast iron trap and pipe, replaced with ABS pipe, snaked line to clean out debris, patched concrete, cleaned up, and we're good to go. Oh yes, he also unclogged a stopped up bath tub drain and fixed the catch on a door (all for the original estimate). We are completely satisfied.
George installed our bathroom shower valve, and he also hydro jetted our secondary laundry room drain. Very professional and polite. He did not try to up the prices or rip us off. He showed up on time and was very clean. I would recommend A&O Plumbing to anyone! Great quality work.
Jesus was fantastic! Professional, proficient, quick and very polite the entire time. I had him install insulation to the hot water plumbing lines under our house. Great work for a great price. Really nice guy and easy to get a hold of. I will definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.
Very fast response. He was on-site in 30 min. after I contacted him. Fixed my clogged drain fast and professionally.
Wilber was able locate the break and fix the issue with the Main sewer line . Will definitely be keeping his number
Al is the best help one can find when in an emergency. I had a stubborn clog in the sewer line that leads from the kitchen to the main line. My kitchen sink was backed up, dishwasher not functioning as supposed to. Al responded at 10 pm in the night and asked if he could come over. I asked him to come in the morning since he would have over 50 miles to travel. He arrived right when he said he would. He was very professional and had a roll up the sleeves attitude. The entire job took more than an hour since it was an extremely hard clog. He finished the job with tremendous patience and charged me the same dollar amount he said he would during our very first conversation. What a relief! I would hire him back again in a heartbeat in the future.
Eddie came out within 20 minutes and helped fix a clogged laundry drain. They double checked the kitchen sink drain was unclogged as well. Fair price and very clear and responsive. Will definitely use them again.
Rooter Champion is great. I had a huge root issue on my sewer pipe. They Hydro Jetted the roots out & showed me with there camera equipment. Great guys!
