Guido P. says, "After searching high and low on the web for someone to add Cat6a Ethernet throughout my home and having contacted several “professionals” who either made initial contact and then nothing or who could not be available for several months before they could start work, I tried Thumbtack. Literally within minutes I got a response from Craig who scheduled an appointment to come to the house right away. Craig showed up on time and walked through the house with me as I explained what I was looking for and had a great discussion about options, what could and could not be done, and solutions for my needs. Craig provided a very reasonable quote the same day for everything we discussed. I agreed and he ordered everything that was needed for the job and scheduled an appointment to do the install within a week. On the days of install Craig and his team were again on time and efficient. The work took a total of 3 days to complete but included about 20 network drops both inside the house for access points and outside the house for cameras all of which needed to be routed through walls and floors of a 2 story house to a new network closet location. During the install, Craig highlighted any issues encountered, offered solutions and once agreed completed the work. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, ability to translate my needs into actionable solutions, efficiency and ability to work through the multiple additions I kept throwing at him. Outstanding service and a pleasure to work with. I will be using Craig for any future network cabling, theater wiring, or similar needs that crop up as part of home ownership!!!"See more
