Had a chic upscale event for my daughter's Bat mitzvah. this past weekend. We got the Hollywood package that came with the 6x6 banner, stanchions, and red carpet. My daughter looked and felt like STAR TREATMENT. I am so grateful that XOXO EVENTZ could deliver what they offered and MUCH MORE. Along with hollywood package we also purchased the Music Video. I have to say this was the coolest thing to look back on and send to all her friends. I haven't seen too many company's which such an arrange of packages for affordable prices. I referred Xoxo Eventz to all my daughters friends parents and they will be booking them soon!
My wife and I agree that hiring 3 Little Birds was the most rewarding decision and the best money we spent on our wedding. Jessica and Dustin are the dream team of wedding coordination. My wife and I had very particular plans already set in motion for what we wanted and we thought about doing the entire thing ourselves but worried about the amount of stress the days leading up and the day of would have become. So, we hired her as a day of coordinator to make sure it all went as planned, and did it ever exceed our expectations. Jessica met us at our venue before officially hiring her so we could run through our dream wedding and fill her in on what was in motion and the couple of last minute things we needed help with. She listened and most importantly understood exactly what we wanted and was able to seamlessly join in on the plans as if she planned it herself. Most notably we were about 6 weeks away from our big day before meeting Jessica. We had already communicated with 2 other coordinators earlier in our planning stages and we were over our coordinator search at that point. One of the coordinators found here on thumbtack (not to be named) promised one price range that seemed reasonable which turned out to be a complete bait and switch when after meeting her she went up more than double her initial quote, and nothing else was added on between that time to change her rates. We also found that other coordinators we contacted were good at saying no, it can't be done. Or, you can do this but it's going to cost so much more for that. And honestly, it came down to them not wanting to work for anything and just sit around bossing people. None of them compared to 3 Little Birds!! Even our guests were amazed at how well Jessica and Dustin had a handle on everything. I've been to some amazing weddings and never thought " wow this coordinator really made this wedding happen so that the bride and groom could just enjoy their day with their guests". That is exactly what we were able to do with 3 Little Birds having our backs. They hustled the whole time before the wedding putting our decorations out with us and kept everything on schedule from our happy hour with our amazing food truck, to our trolley ride to the ceremony site, then back to our reception site in the trolley to finish our night with dinner, dancing, and libations. Then they added the icing on the cake by cleaning up the venue at the end of the night for us so we could continue to visit with our friends and family. I don't mean just throwing out trash and sweeping the floors. They also carefully hand-packed all of our decorations we made and brought, our flowers my wife arranged for centerpieces that day were neatly placed into boxes that would travel well, and they loaded them all into our vehicles. We had hired them for overtime anyway beforehand but no way did we expect them to treat our wedding as if it were there own. Jessica and Dustin, thank you so much for everything and leaving us with unforgettable experiences and memories. We have video proof of you two breaking a sweat so we could sit and look pretty.
CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN MANAGER - Leah was completely responsible for the success of our Kickstarter campaign to raise money for post-production on the feature film THE NIGHT VISITOR. Even though she came on only a week before we launched, she worked with us to put together a full game plan that included re-tweaking our pitch video, adding additional videos, photos, updates, rewards and special incentives to keep the campaign fresh throughout the 30 days of our campaign. Can't recommend her enough!

Dj hired for 25th anniversary party. He definitely got the party started. Lights decorations and music were Great!! Because venue was small I think we could have had more games..
LCA organized the bridal shower for my dear friend, Ester Yesayan. Everything was very well coordinated from the decor, to the music, to the traditional bridal shower games. Together, Mariam and Nare were able to decorate the banquet hall exactly to Ester's taste. It was quaint, original, with a touch of French country. I especially loved the floral, caged centerpieces and pastries that matched the overall theme of the party. I had a wonderful time at my friend's bridal shower, and I highly recommend LCA's services for anyone who wants a beautiful and well-organized special occasion.
Working with Mr. Layton B Draper was incredibly smooth, organized, and simple. My company hosted our annual Christmas party at SOL Venue last year and it was an absolute success. What impressed me most was his ability to give me speedy answers to all of my questions and be extremely flexible with all of our requests. Can't wait to go back for this year's party!
What can I say but fabulous! She makes it magical and can make you feel like you are literaly in the theme of it all. When I decided to have a last minute wedding as opposed to eloping, Erika Harris came to my rescue. Within a matter of merely 5 weeks, she put together the wedding of my dreams. I have never planned a party and Erika held my hand from beginning to end. She found the perfect location on the sand just like I always wanted and a restaurant which served delicious food, which was of utmost importance to me. She literally was there for me every step of the way! She did all of the thinking for me, set up all appointments, was present for all meetings and communicated with all of the vendors on our behalf. We gave her our credit card and she took care of everything, which took all of the stress off of me and my groom in preparation for the biggest day of our lives. She helped me find a perfect dress for my special day, she found a Malibu villa for our friends to spend the weekend, she designed the invitations and the place cards, she helped me design my wedding cake, she booked the entertainment, she found the perfect wedding officiant, she helped us practice our vows, she organized the seating arrangements, she found us a wonderful florist, helped me with the overall design and feel of the wedding and she made sure that all vendors were paid and tipped properly for their services. I was truly impressed and amazed with her professionalism, her upbeat demeanor and her diligence! I thought to myself, I am so lucky to have Erika. She was always available anytime I needed her for advice and guidance (day or night). She responded to all of my emails in a timely fashion and made sure that I was in the loop with regard to all of the important aspects, but did not involve me in the minor details which I simply did not have the time to deal with. Needless to say, the wedding went off without a hitch. Everything was absolutely perfect...my wedding was like a fantasy. Erika was there to ensure that from the moment I stepped on the aisle (or sand) to the time we left the venue, everything ran smoothly and everyone was on schedule (from the cocktail hour, to the first dance, to the bouquet toss to the cake cutting, etc.). She nailed the decor and the overall vibe I was going for: chic and clean. It was the beach wedding of my dreams...I had a huge smile the entire night (and I have photos to prove it). The best part of it all, she stayed within our budget and kept me and my groom away from the stress associated with planning a wedding. I was shocked that someone could pull off an event of this quality and size in just 5 weeks. We had the time of our lives and have the most amazing photos and video to remember it for the rest of our lives. If you are planning a wedding, I cannot think of anyone more capable, beautiful and professional than Erika Harris. We will use her services for every major event or party we throw in the future. If you want 5 star service and execution, Erika Harris Events is the way to go!
We first met Jenna as Rapunzel at a birthday party. She was excellent- great rapport with the kids, gorgeous costume/wig/makeup, exceptional voice. She played the guitar, engaged the children in games, and even painted their faces. She had such great control of the room that we wondered if she was a teacher. I asked the host for her information, and she told me they had used Jenna for several parties and had even changed their party dates according to Jenna's availability- Jenna was that good. So, we hired Jenna to play Rapunzel for our daughter's 4th birthday party. She was punctual, professional, and so talented. 4 of the attending parents hired her for their parties, and more than once! We've encountered Jenna as Rapunzel at least 4 times, Sleeping Beauty, a friendly Halloween witch... Each time she was entertaining, and held the full attention of the assembled guests. Gorgeous voice, sweet, kind disposition, and always so punctual and professional. Jenna is a quality performer, and runs a top quality business.
I hired Farren to plan a surprise party for my boyfriend. He likes all things bbq, video games, and music. She planned an epic gamer themed party. She was attentive and stayed on budget (how, I have no clue, she's extremely resourceful). I would hire her again in a split second.

Sepali and her team helped me plan, organize, decorate and coordinate my recent baby shower. I live in a different city from where the baby shower was going to be held, and it was great to have someone local to help with planning, especially as she had done events at the location before. She was very thorough from the beginning and asked for my ideas and turned them into a reality. She got me in touch with a local decorator (Araceli from Royal Ball Designs) for the bigger decorations however she took care of all the smaller décor on the tables (entrance table, cake table, etc). She even came to my house the night before to pick up the décor and games that I had made prior so that everything was set up on the morning of. I was able to come to our party stress free - and everything was exactly as I had imagined! We only had the restaurant for a few hours and we had a lot to accomplish during that time (religious ceremony, games, lunch) and Sepali and her team made sure everything went on time and coordinated with the restaurant to make sure food and drinks were replenished for all the guests. Everyone commented on how smoothly the event ran - this is definitely not the norm in an Indian party as they always tend to run late! Overall, I highly recommend hiring Sepali and her team for your next event!
She was on time, brought great helpers with her, had the party ready on time with enough extra time buffered in to help with unexpected tasks. She had a great can-do attitude. The dessert table was delicious and gorgeous. She thought of innovative games that fit the theme. Great job.
Melissa planned and organized my baby shower and I was extremely happy with the outcome! She was professional and approachable, listened to what I wanted and made it happen, and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She went above and beyond what I expected, from the decorations all the way to the food and entertainment. She was organized and planned fun games for the guests, was attentive and paid attention to every detail, and created a fun day that turned out better than I expected!
