Amir, You got construction documents for 3 houses at a price of $7500 for all 3 when in reality it should of been that price per house. Construction Documents for all 3 homes where completed in less than 3 months, which that is highly commendable, given that it usually takes 3 months or more for a firm to generate full construction documents for just 1 house. In your Contract it the timeline to update the Plan Check Comments was not a timeframe that was set because we new it was going to be comments for 3 homes with 3 separate parcel numbers. Plan-check Architectural Administration was not part of your contract and are services that you wanted done for free which is why you decided to do it your self. Also your real estate deals or deadlines for your parcels where not part of your contract with us. You expecting to sell you lots with approved plans violates our liability agreements that are with you and our Architect requested you to sign a waiver which you have not signed. Also you ended up needing irrigation and Land Scape plans that where not part of your scope and it was and you received a huge deal for $1000 for all 3 homes when in reality they where $3600 for all 3 homes. Your insulting demeanor and volatile conversations you had with our previous team members caused them to leave the company. Finally you decided to share your building official contact information with us and it turns out that you never submitted the updated sets we sent you to submit in early January.
