Introduction: I start with using fresh, local produce and seafood, or extremely high quality beef. The product is always better with the best ingredients. My product is beautiful and flavorful. I love to compose meals that flow through 4 or 5 courses with a signature cocktail, with flavors that play off of each other through the evening. I create a very relaxed environment in the kitchen, and love to talk, answer questions or even teach as I go. As much as the client wants they can be part of the experience. For example at the last dinner party I did the guest of honor torched all the Creme Brulees! My clients! Each event has a unique story of bringing people together to celebrate. I get caught up in the festivities and this is pure joy. I love seeing people laugh and smile together over a great meal. This is what life is about!

We asked Josie to come cook for us at our home for a birthday party and to let us help a bit if we wanted to. She was very accommodating and helpful and the food was fantastic! She even entertained our 2 month old daughter when she woke up for a bit so my wife could enjoy dinner! She was very personable, friendly, and easy going. Would highly recommend it was a great night!

We hired Josie to cater our wedding. It was an intimate affair with around 27 people and Josie did a fantastic job. She was so organized, warm, calm, an her food was delicious. I didn't have to ask for a thing because she was one step ahead of everything. She even cleaned up afterward and I was grateful for any and all help. Truly a culinary gem!

I started cooking for families with new little additions (babies). The look on mom and dads face when they walked into their dining room was priceless and I was hooked. 17 years later I still can't believe how I stumbled into such a fun career!

Weekly regular cooking/shopping: I prep several meals for you to heat up for you and your family, plus do all your grocery shopping for the week. Fitness Goal Cooking: You hire me for a period of time to lower your cholesterol 40 point or loose 15 lbs. I work with your nutritionist & personal trainer.
