Introduction: From the start, you will feel heard, validated and accepted. You will learn practical suggestions for change. You will get an opportunity to learn how to manage your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I believe that by helping you to better understand yourself you are better able to move forward in realizing your goals and building healthier relationships. I specialize in anxiety, depression, alcohol misuse (either abstinence or moderation), relationship counseling, life change/ 'what now' transition counseling and Christian counseling. I use an evidence-based integrative treatment approach, based on cognitive-behavioral, EMDR and dialectical behavior therapy.
