Introduction: Coach Sam firmly believes that everyone, despite personal circumstances or life challenges, have a unique set of gifts and capabilities that are there waiting to be harnessed. Sometimes the challenges of life get in the way of fully realizing our gifts and abilities. The process begins via thorough analysis of a client's professional and personal challenges that have caused personal, professional, or financial strain. Sam's natural ability to clarify and motivate coupled with a graduate degree in conflict resolution as well as natural intuitive skills enable him to convert unfulfilled dreams into a reality. Once clear, the blockages getting in the way of progress are removed, solutions are realized, and new possibilities are created. Over the last 10 years, Sam has worked in both the public and private sectors as a consultant facilitating organizational change management, a life skills and career coach for recovery clients at notable private inpatient/outpatient drug and alcohol recovery centers, and with private career and relationship coaching clients in private practice (Southern California). Sam is a creative, high-energy, and "think out of the box" professional development, recovery, and career strategist. Mr. Led prides himself in being a client-centered, results-oriented synergist. Mr. Led works hard for driven professionals to help overcome obstacles in their professional and personal life. As a recovery coach, Sam loves helping business owners, corporate executives, and retired professionals experiencing personal challenges in their life (i.e., addiction, loss of a loved one, and divorce) map out manageable next steps to get them back on track.
