- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always schedule a phone consultation to allow the client and I to get a sense of each other's personalities. Also, questions that may not initially occur to the bride often come to mind during our conversation. Once the client has decided to hire us, I put together a contract that puts down in writing everything we have discussed for the client to sign off on. To hold event date, I require a 30% deposit of total services - can be paid via Venmo, paypal or square pay. Schedule a pre-event trial to fine tune the look. Get you glammed for the big event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I and my team go to workshops and have staff training throughout the year to stay up to date on techniques and trends. In addition, I do many hours of research weekly and tailored to each each client's needs.
