When I found Eulina I knew she was going to be a life saver for getting our daughters Quinceanera looking beautiful. She went over and beyond our expectations and everyone loved her worked. I told her my daughters vision of centerpieces, color scheme, candy table and all ideas that my daughter had and Eulina was able to match the colors spot on and everything was absolutely beautiful. Everything was exactly how our daughter wanted and we have Eulina to Thank for that. I highly recommend hiring Eulina as a party planner/decorator for your event. I know I will sure be hiring her again for our future events.
Vanessa is nothing short of fantastic! Love her. She is professional, adorable, quick to respond, and made our lives so much easier in planning and executing the wedding of our daughter in May. The very formal event was flawless and Nessa was on every point of detail to make sure it all was perfect. I would hire her again for any event that i need a coordinator for. She created a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding and made sure it was executed. She showed up during the photo session while my daughter was getting dressed for the wedding and ran around the California Club handling the organizing of the bridal party for the various photos. She took the pew flowers from the church and rushed them to the California Club to hang them on the grand staircase entryway. She made sure the cocktail period ran smoothly while photos were being taken. Vanessa oversaw the receiving line so that it moved rapidly and smoothly. Nessa made sure the band did exactly what they were supposed to and kept to the time line. She oversaw the various parts of the dinner program like the cake cutting, tossing the bouquet and garter, etc. i don't know what we would have done without her. She allowed me to be able to enjoy our daughter's very formal wedding day with no worries Do not think TWICE about hiring Vanessa Vargas to coordinate your wedding or any event. You will NOT be sorry. She is perfect. Get her on your team and you will be much happier and relaxed. One of the most important things for me in hiring a consultant for this wedding was that she would treat the fantastic staff of the California Club with great respect. They loved Nessa and thought she was incredibly wonderful. I give her five stars in all areas. She could not have been more terrific.

I recently came across Perceptive's artist at a musical and got a card from the lady and thank god I did! Last minute my Sister and some friends and I needed a beauty magician when we found out our Makeup artist had bailed (thats LA for ya) The team came to us for the wedding ready with more hair equipment and makeup I've ever seen to pamper us and feel at ease knowing we were in great hands. I love love love the team. They work together so well. Everyone in the team has a specialty but everyone knows how to do everything.... I recommend with a 5 star review. Couldnt have turned out better....
Diana Cutrell is a master entertainer & caterer, for all size parties - from an intimate dinner party to an all out wedding event - she does it all!! After attending an event that Diana catered and being blown away by the taste, quality and presentation of the food at that event, I hired Di for a 50th birthday party I was throwing. From the early stages of planning the menu with the intricacies of having some items that were vegan and gluten free, she was incredibly knowledgeable and flexible. She arrived exactly when she said she would, set up in my kitchen with her staff, and with the utmost professionalism, carried out the most delicious and beautifully plated appetizers, platters and plates of scrumptious food. Dessert was spectacular - an assortment of mini tarts filled with chocolate mousse and raspberry, strawberry mascarpone, and poached pear with vanilla bean - highly recommend!! My event went so smoothly I didn't lift a finger and was thrilled with everything. She is exceptionally organized and professional, and her staff is exemplary. I think I must've given her number out to at least 3 guests. I have attended a number of other events that she has catered and the menus have all been so different and still she is able to create such delicious and beautiful food. I can't say enough positives about her - there would be no reason for me to consider any other caterer, and if you are here searching and comparing...well, you've just hit the jackpot. Go for it. I promise you will be thrilled.
One of best decisions we made on our Wedding Day (besides saying "I DO!") was having Events by M&M as our Wedding Planner! Meg West & her team were absolutely amazing! After months of trying to plan our destination wedding in Santa Barbara on our own - I reached out to Events by M&M. After just one phone call with Meg, she made me feel a million times better about the planning process and saved us from spending way over our budget! Meg really understood us and our entire wedding vision. She and her team took care of all the details from managing our Vendors to keeping track of our lists, RSVP's, creating our floor plan, timelines, photographer/videographer schedules, decorations, music, lighting, etc. On the day of our Wedding, Meg was like a mind reader! Becca was amazing! Since the first day we met she made me feel super comfortable, she listened to my ideas and helped me build on that to make sure it all meshed well. Bacca recommended me to great vendors, she attended to two appointments with us, she attended the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding she was there from the beginning till the very end. She truly goes above and beyond with the her service. All aspects of my wedding were beautifully executed thanks to her. She also brought in some of her personal belongings that were great additions to my decorations. She made me thank you cards for each place setting, also made oreo pops for the sweets table, and made my tags for the sparklers. She pays attention to all the little details which truly makes the difference. I can't stress enough how great she is, I don't know what I would have done without her. I definitely recommend her to all future brides. Becca loves what she does and her work truly shows that. I promise you will not be disappointed if you hire her.

Jenny catered my Henna party before my wedding. She made several different appetizers that were mostly vegetarian and delicious! Jenny pays attention to presentation as well, and her dishes look like works of art. I would highly recommend Jenny for any event you need to be catered!
The short: Savannah surpassed our expectations. Viki and I are thinking about getting married one more time so we can work with Savannah again! The long: Savannah provided day-of wedding coordination for our wedding. Even though she was contracted for just one day, she regularly checked in with us during wedding planning to offer assistance and advice. She made time to be available over phone, email, and in person for meetings with venue representatives, other vendors, and myself and my wife. She never lost track of a single detail. From the rehearsal to the day of she did a fantastic job. We surrendered the event to her and were able to have a blast on the biggest day of our lives. She took care of EVERYTHING: coordinating vendors, grabbing us for photo ops, keeping the event at a perfect pace, and likely solving all kinds of problems that I never even knew came up. She helped decorate, prepared my wife's bridal bouquet, and helped take everything down at the end of the night. She even dropped our things off at our Hotel Room while we were at the after party! We had no worries for the entire night and got to spend time with our guests and enjoying the moment. I cannot recommend someone more highly. From our perspective, the event went flawlessly and we hope to have an opportunity to work with her again in the future!

Brenda Cali with Gatherings for Good helped me create our perfect wedding. We hired Gatherings for Good at the beginning of our 9 month engagement and throughout the engagement process she kept us on track and made the engagement care free! Every now and again we would get an email from Brenda reminding us of what we should be planning and often times meeting with us to go over what we had planned. Brenda was always available when we needed to meet, was very organized and had many helpful suggestions for us. Our rehearsal was seamless because of Brenda and her expertise! My husband is from England and weddings are a little different there. She helped organize the British lads to help them feel comfortable knowing their role for the big day! On the big day we had a lot of decor items that Brenda and Gatherings for Good was able to decorate exactly how we asked and as a bride I never had one worry during the day that things would not be done how we had wanted them! The day was perfect and as the evening progressed I had no notice that Brenda was orchestrating the wedding. We had met before the big day and throughly discussed everything with her and during our wedding we were able to enjoy each other and our guests as she kept the evening flowing! At the end of the evening we were able to leave as she carefully gathered all our items and organized them back into the provided boxes. We trusted Brenda and Gatherings for Good for our most important day and it truly was perfect! I would highly recommend Gatherings for Good - the price point was reasonable and most importantly Brenda was kind and super fun to work with! We are now fortunate to say that our wedding planner has become one of our friends! Thank you for all you did for us and we know other brides will be lucky when they can call you their wedding planner!
Great job! She had the party jumping and still kept it professional! All the guests were laughing and dancing and having a great time! She also had someone she brought with her to serve the hors d'oeuvres and overall the guess were just super happy! I will absolutely be hiring them again. And I imagine a lot of my guess will be hiring them as well!

When it comes to event/meeting planning, Christina is your gal. She's able to handle complicated flights, large hotel room blocks, foreign travel, and my personal favorite, creative and unique social parties. I really don't think any of my groups would have run so smoothly if it wasn't for her. She's super responsive (gets back to you within hours, if not minutes!), fun to work with, detailed oriented and a hell of a negotiator. Hire her. You'll thank me for it.
We hired Elegant Eats for an anniversary party for 25 people and the experience was delightful! It was all Chef Jacquelyn said it would be and MORE!! Joesph did an Amazing!! Wedding Reception Party for our Son's wedding in January 2017. His professionalism was outstanding from the time we inquired about his services through the final song at the wedding reception. We are so glad we chose the up lighting as part of our package. It transformed our venue into a dance party and our guest we're amazed!! and had so much fun. The dance floor was packed the entire time and he knew exactly what to play at the right moment ( True mixologist👍 ) Additionally he managed to play all the songs listed on the Bride and Grooms must play list.
