I have hired a lot of contractors and all have fallen short and failed to deliver. But this was the first contractor that went above and beyond. I needed major front door repair and they did the job very well, I would not hesitate to hire these guys for future projects. I am very happy with the end results.
I am very pleased to say that I was happy with the time and quality of work I received from Loyalty Counts Construction. I had a wall heater replaced during the recent cold weather. Although Mr. Adrian Moreno worked later than expected, he was concerned about making sure we were set for the cold weather and made sure the job was done. We are extremely satisfied.
Her design is nice and simple. It’s what I’m looking for and it works. She charge a fair price and I would highly recommend her without reservation.
A++++ Contractor!!!! Highly recommended!!! Will definitely use again!
Does great work, helped out with the odds and ends, and worked around my schedule/ pay check! Really appreciate the work done!
Ralph was able to come and do a last-minute electrical inspection for a house that my husband and I were in escrow for on the next business day. We were on a compressed escrow timeline so that really helped us out! On top of being able to come in so quickly, Ralph was on time and thorough with his inspection, answering all questions we had and taking the time to walk us through everything. He gave us an easy to understand itemized quote for all the minor problems he found. I would trust him to come back and execute the work just as well. Thanks Ralph!
I have never used Thumbtack, nor hired someone that wasn't personally referred . I took a chance and am so happy to now be able to personally refer Rickey Lawson of Orickiii Construction. He worked on a fence for me. He was the most prompt of the 3 estimates I received. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and worked within the quote he gave me, which is unusual in my experience. I added a project of installing a water heater and not only did he complete that project within a reasonable hourly rate but he saved me money by repairing my second water heater( he took home the heating element to tinker with it) instead of replacing the second water heater. How honest is that? Please feel free to get my contact info from Rickey if you want me to go on and on about what a superb contractor he is for your project. Also I want to add that while my husband is no longer able to work on the house, Rickey never took advantage of my lack of knowledge. He does have a great sense of humor, no matter how many times I said 48 inches instead or 48 feet, I never felt out of the loop from start to finish in completing this project within the quote and time frame originally provided! He is trustworthy in my opinion as well as an excellent craftsman.
Joe built an addition for us and was very fair in his pricing. He kept the project clean, moved the project along efficiently and was very creative and helpful throughout the entire process. His subcontractors were also very good.
Brad works with an small crew and did quite a bit of the work himself, solving encountered problems with his expertise. His recommendations for buying material are very valuable. His electrical and plumbing subcontractors are very good. Evidently Brad wants to excel at what he does. I would recommend Inside Out Construction.
When we bought our first house two years ago, we knew it needed tons of work, but had no idea how or where to start. Matt and his partner Gavin saved the day. They transformed a beat-up 1905 Victorian (which some people thought should be torn down) into a beautiful, liveable home in less than 8 weeks. We had no idea how to tackle a project like this, and felt like we could trust them completely with the things we didn't understand. The price was fair, and we couldn't believe how fast they did it all. They took on almost everything, including building new walls, ripping up the old floor, running new plumbing and electrical, redoing the bathroom, repairing the siding, installing new doors and windows, and installing cabinets. We only needed a few other subcontractors (painters, sheetrockers, hardwood floor specialists), which they helped us manage. Of course, we still have lots more projects in mind. When we just did some more remodeling this spring, we didn't choose Matt--and we regret it. The project ended up far outside our timeline and budget (7 months!) as we tried to manage it all ourselves. Looking forward to having Matt back again to help us with future work.
