Introduction: I am trained in ashtanga vinyasa yoga as well as therapeutic yoga, and provide private and group yoga instruction for all occasions. The ashtanga gives me the experience to offer yoga for building strength as well has losing weight if that is what is desired. The therapeutic yoga I am trained in has given me skills to develop a yoga practice designed for the individual's needs whether that is for treatment of a chronic illness, pain management, stress management, or simply a practice which is specially tailored to one's own body and abilities.
