Tim installed a Fujitsu 3-zone ductless mini split system for me. I really appreciated his hard work, problem solving mindset, and focus on doing a quality job. We have an old Victorian home built in the 1890s, which didn't make for the easiest install scenario due to unpredictable obstacles behind walls and no gap between our house and our neighbors; this required making the connections and laying out the line sets between the outdoor condensor and the indoor evaporators in ways that were often not the easiest. Tim was very patient with it all and in the end I was very pleased with the result. One of the things I appreciated most about Tim was that whenever I made suggestions or asked for something to be done a certain way, Tim did not get frustrated or try to take shortcuts like some other contractors I've worked with. He was really good about listening to feedback and interested in doing the best job possible. From my experience, it's unusual to find contractors that really take pride in their work like this. From working with Tim, I also got the sense that he would stand behind his work, and I'm confident if I have any issues he'd be there to take care of them in the future. I can't say enough positive things about him and I'm confident you'll have a great experience if you hire him as well!
