Introduction: First, I have some pretty incredible experience. After 30+ years in IT (programming, running departments, selling, etc.), I began consulting with small businesses in 2001. I have worked with hundreds of business owners in dozens of industries, and trained thousands more. That kind of experience is extremely rare.
Second, I have innovations and unique programs. I help people understand their Business Complexity Profile, their Business Activity Profile, and their Business Foundation Profile. I teach them best practices and success principles in the Seven Key Performance Areas of Businesses, so they can build a strong foundation for future business success.
Third, and most importantly, I care. I am deeply passionate about supporting the micro business owner and the small business owner. I know what a tough path they have chosen, and I admire their heart, their talent, and their courage. I am driven to support them in strategies and tactics of starting and growing a business, and support them in The Inner Journey of Business, too.
