- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s really hard to put through an accurate quote on here without putting together the menu and knowing exactly what additional needs you may have. I would love the opportunity to ask you a few more questions so I can send you an actual proposal with a menu! It’s easy! Just call me or email!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask several questions to find out as much information that I can so I can put together an awesome proposal to start so we don’t have to go back and forth too many times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated culinary school in 2012 and have over 20 years experience in this industry. I have a food truck and also have a bbq smoker trailer. We work with a lot of great companies and have had the chance to do a lot of amazing events over the years and grow further in our experience in this industry.
