Charles N Charge Junk Removal

If I could chose all five things to like about Charles in Charge's services, I would have. I had an urgent need of someone to pick up a refrigerator from a private party that I had bought, after U-Haul telling me they don't have ANY trucks with lifts on them! The guy said they have ramps. Well, how in the world is this little 66 year old lady supposed to push a fridge up a ramp! I searched online and found Charles in Charge and called. Charles picked up immediately and agreed to do the job for me the next morning. The cost was very reasonable. Not only was he right on time, but he was professional and personable, and he and his co-worker both were wearing their masks, and I felt very safe. They were just a joy to work with. He took great care to get my new "used" fridge transported and into my kitchen. He even held it up on the dolly for me so I could vacuum out the bottom before he brought it in the house. I would highly recommend Charles to anyone who needs anything hauled or transported! I now have a permanent "hauling" person to help me with all my needs that require a big truck and a strong person to help me.

I love that fact that he gets all the info he needs the first time, he shows up early and waits patiently if any mishaps occur, and his communication skills are impeccable! Overall I’d give him 5 Stars and I’d refer him to anyone! Great service!

Ive used his services twice in less than a week and has had both great services in all aspects: professionalism, punctuality and all the above. I recommend him for all his services. He made moving in/out a less stressful situation. Would definitely use his services again.
