I had the pleasure of hiring GAD Construction to remodel the bathroom of our master bedroom. Let me sharing my experience from the beginning to give a comprehensive perspective. 1) Initial meeting and quote: I narrowed my research to three construction companies with 4.5+ stars then I reached to all three for a quote. GADI responded first and was able to have one of their project managers (Nadav) come the next day. Nadav came on time, listened carefully to all that I have in mind, took notes, took measurements, and was so keen to understand what we would make us happy. He realized right away that space is one of our biggest challenges, so he suggested many innovative ideas to give the illusion of space (even if it doesn't exist for real!), such as installing recessed lights, install a pocket door, frameless and see-through shower doors, and using white paint for the walls. He finally summarized to me all his notes and gave me a provisional quote. He spent over an hour with me going over all this. He promised to send over email a written statement of work with a quote in few hours. Surely enough, two hours after, I have a detailed statement of work in my inbox. I asked for time to think and compare with the other quotes that I am expecting. In the next few days, project managers from the other two companies showed up. One of them spent less than ten minutes looking around and immediately gave me a very high quote. The second spent a little more, maybe 20 minutes or so, took no notes, gave me a very competitive figure, and promised to send me a statement of work in a day. I received his email 4-5 days after. This simple first impression made me feel that Nada/Gadi will be trusted partners in this project. 2) New bathroom hardware: Nadav helped us choose the new hardware, he met us at Floor&Decor and made recommendations and gave us input on our choices based on his understanding of our requirements and the bathroom limitations. His expert opinion was precious to us. We also had other items that we ordered online from HomeDepot from various locations in the bay area, Nadav offered to have his guys pick up all the hardware ordered. This was extremely helpful and a huge time and effort saver. 3) The work: Nadav team came every morning from 8 to 5 on the dot. They're very polite, respectful and they all honored the covid mask guidelines all the time. Every day they covered the bedroom furniture and walkways before starting the work to protect it from dust. 4) Communication: There were one or two exceptions when the guys needed to come at ten instead of eight, for those instances, Nadav made sure to give me a call/txt the day before to set my expectations. Nadav was there to watch the progress and ensure that the work is up to my expectations. He continuously asked me for feedback for himself and his workers. He is super friendly, easy to chat and have a good conversation with and most importantly, he is super reachable and responsive. The project was completed as promised on the 21st day with outstanding quality, making the city inspection pass with flying colors. We are so happy with the work and couldn't wish for more. GADI will be my recommendation to any friend who is looking for any remodeling project. I know who to call next time I have a project! Thank you Nadav and team!

Our process consists of connecting with our clients, scheduling a meeting at their earliest convenience with one of our highly dedicated and licensed project managers to further the conversation of the work they are interested in. We provide all services in house , and describe every step of the process to our clients, emphasizing on communication, and making sure that we are going above and beyond in each stage of decision making process, and execution of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With years of qualified experience in construction working with cities, inspectors, building codes etc. On a local level we have built our connections and understanding of what is required to take a project from start to finish as seamlessly as possible. All our Project Managers are Licensed, along with our highly dedicated crews!
