I hired GADI to remodel my storage studio space, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Esther and her crew did an amazing job from start to finish. GADI did a major renovation on our house in the Berkeley Hills--new windows, new siding, replaced 2 decks. They also replaced the bathtub in one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The work quality was excellent. They were also very responsive to our questions, and they smoothly handled our request for a redesign of the decks midway through the process

My husband and I bought a house which needed massive updating. We interviewed six general contractors in order to do the "rough work" for our renovation and ended up choosing Millie, our project manager from GADI. This was our first time doing such a project so we knew we needed someone we could rely on and trust to guide us through the process. Millie is really special - she's the opposite of what you read or hear about regarding those nightmare renovation projects that go wrong. Millie was responsive throughout the entire process, always willing to answer any question no matter how big or small, she always had a "can do" or "problem solving" attitude, and she didn't make you feel judged when budget was the bottom line. GADI was responsible for updating the important structural framework and guts for our house including updating all the electrical and upgrading the subpanel box, installing and wiring for recessed lights, retrofitting and doing new build windows for the entire house, reframing and dropping the front-entry doorway, removing a raised platform at the entryway, framing new walls and doors for the new layout, doing the rough plumbing for all the bathrooms, and repiping the water lines. Millie kept the project going as continuously and smoothly as possible and we are forever grateful for her! If you do choose GADI, try and get Millie as your Project Manager - you will not regret it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process consists of connecting with our clients, scheduling a meeting at their earliest convenience with one of our highly dedicated and licensed project managers to further the conversation of the work they are interested in. We provide all services in house , and describe every step of the process to our clients, emphasizing on communication, and making sure that we are going above and beyond in each stage of decision making process, and execution of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With years of qualified experience in construction working with cities, inspectors, building codes etc. On a local level we have built our connections and understanding of what is required to take a project from start to finish as seamlessly as possible. All our Project Managers are Licensed, along with our highly dedicated crews!
