Introduction: Hello
My name is Tyler, I’m 19 years old and I have been training clients for a little over three years
I grew up in a gym from a young age having both my parents as personal trainers. My main focus is helping people with weight loss, strength training, sport conditioning and nutritional coaching
My training style consists of weight training, agility training and functional training
Growing up, I had a lot of trouble with losing weight. No matter what I tried to do, I wasn’t able to lose that extra weight I had. I tried different styles of training including cross fit but my main issue was still eating carbs at night, having those midnight snacks, etc.
My goal as a trainer is to motivate you, focus on your exercise form and guide you with your own nutrition to help get you to your goals
I have a very flexible schedule from mornings to evenings and I train those outdoors along with my private gym. I have gloves, hand sanitizer and masks as well
