Introduction: Hello My name is Tyler, I’m 19 years old and I have been training clients for a little over three years I grew up in a gym from a young age having both my parents as personal trainers. My main focus is helping people with weight loss, strength training, sport conditioning and nutritional coaching My training style consists of weight training, agility training and functional training Growing up, I had a lot of trouble with losing weight. No matter what I tried to do, I wasn’t able to lose that extra weight I had. I tried different styles of training including cross fit but my main issue was still eating carbs at night, having those midnight snacks, etc. My goal as a trainer is to motivate you, focus on your exercise form and guide you with your own nutrition to help get you to your goals I have a very flexible schedule from mornings to evenings and I train those outdoors along with my private gym. I have been working out with Tyler for a couple months now. In just that short amount of time I have seen results in overall fat and weight loss while gaining muscle at the same time. The workouts are 30 mins, high intensity and effective. He takes time to carefully design a workout plan that works to my ability while pushing me harder each session. He is also creative and knows how to improvise the workout on the fly. I’ve struggled with weight loss for years despite numerous efforts. It was Tyler who helped create a workout/nutrition plan for me which helped me get the results I’ve been waiting for. In addition, Tyler exudes great energy and provides a great workout environment. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer for your fitness needs.

Tyler is an amazing trainer! I have been training with him for the past couple of months and I can say, without a doubt, that my strength and overall fitness level has improved tenfold. He will push you to your limits each session, but most importantly knows how to stop, adjust, and help you when you need it. He’s also super knowledgable in many training styles, so it’s fun to see what he comes up with each session. I especially like boxing, strength training, etc. just to name a few. An all around great trainer!
