I also have the following: Good Physical Shape Knowledge (With the body,working out and diet & nutrition) Experience Testimonials I’ve studied kinesiology (study of the body and it’s movements) and nutrition throughout college. I have also taken many workshops and classes to further my knowledge. Having gone to school for kinesiology and nutrition gives me great knowledge of personal training. I’ve played soccer my entire life, since I’ve stopped playing I have gained the same passion for weight lifting and personal training.

My quest for fitness started back in February 2013 as I needed to lose alot of weight. I dropped 80 lbs since then by altering diet and doing cardio workouts daily. Even though my weight was down and I was feeling alot better I was not toned and not very strong as cardio only goes so far. I decided I needed to look into getting a trainer to take the next step on this path to total fitness and met with Justin. He has been truly awesome. I have been working with him for almost a month now and I feel incredible. Every aspect of my fitness level has increased big time, stamina, strength etc. Justin is very motivating every session and is always on time and very professional. I plan on having my wife start with him soon as he done such an amazing job with me. 5 Stars all the way!!!!

I was really happy with my training experience. Having a shoulder injury it was nice to have a trainer that could work around the injury and still give me a great workout. The workouts are hard and challenging and he really focuses on the areas you want to improve.

I would have to say Justin was the best personal trainer that I have ever had. He was professional, motivating, and really cared about my health and fitness. I stuck with the exercise and diet plan that he set up for me and I saw great results!
