We charge 3% on selling and 2.5% on buying(from the seller side)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a in person meeting and understand your need and effectively getting you pre-qualify. Then I will continuously sending on market and off market listings that fit you need. Once you found something you love, I will schedule for a tour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real estate license
