    It has been only 3 sessions so far with Kellie (took the startup package). She was very comfortable to work with. I am being a person with lower back problems and very low level or exercise as part of my daily routine. But, she worked patiently with me and adjusted the work outs to suit to resolve my back issues. I have decided to continue with her. I will definitely come back and share my experience later.

    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      Yes. I think it's very important to gain as much knowledge as possible and stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in fitness and health. Currently, I am taking classes toward achieving my Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a minor focused on Nutrition. I am also studying for my NSCA certification test next month, as well as taking workshops for "Insanity" training and a certificate of Specialization in Personal Training through College of the Canyons in December.
    • What types of customers have you worked with?
      I lead sessions in personal strength training, utilizing techniques for maximum caloric burn, cardio endurance, and core strengthening. I also provide nutritional advice, on-your-own work, couch to 5k programs, run groups, and kids groups.
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      I would say to check references and the trainer's own personal goals. If their mission and technique is not aligned with what will help you achieve your own goals, don't sign on! You WILL find a trainer who 'fits' and will give you all the tools you need to achieve your goals!
