I have been training with OJ for a month now and I couldn't be happier with my results! I have never used a personal trainer before and I was nervous about being over worked causing me to give up on my fitness journey. Since day one I have felt like OJ listened to my needs and made a plan that catered to my goals. He has also been very accommodating to my schedule which is important to me since I am a grad student. Since training with OJ I have noticed a change in my physical appearance as well as my stamina and will power; I believe this has a lot to do with OJs motivating and supportive demeanor. I was introduced to Coach Hunter when my son was in the 8th grade. I was told that he was one of the best 1-on-1 coaches in the San Gabriel Valley. When we met Coach Hunter, my son had been a long time offensive lineman who had suddenly grew in height and lost a considerable amount of weight. As a result, my son was no going to be considered for the offensive line in high school. I asked Coach Hunter if he could convert my son into a wide receiver since he had decent hands and was 5' 11" in the 8th grade. To which he agreed to help Coach Hunter's rigorous workouts, his attention to detail and his customized training had an immediate impact on my son's performance. Within a short period of time, my son was not only competing as a wide receiver, he became a starting wide receiver at his high school. Due to the tremendous amount of success that we experienced so quickly, I promised Coach Eric that he would remain my son's personal trainer throughout high school. This year, my son achieved what only 2% of all high school football players achieve. My son received a full scholarship to play football for a Division 1 school as a wide receiver. For a kid who only has played wide receiver for four years, the odds of achieving such a feat is tremendous. We owe all of it to the work of Coach Hunter. Coach Hunter is a man dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of football. He has expert knowledge on both sides of the ball and has been a great mentor to my son, on and off of the field. Not to mention his rates are extremely reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend Coach Hunter for any parent who is looking to have their child compete at the high school and college levels.
I have been a client of Kellie's since April 20, 2014. Since moving to LA I have been struggling with my weight goal. Since finding Kellie we have establish a consistent workout routine and meal plan. I truly enjoy our private sessions because it allows me the opportunity to work on my individual technique and improving my overall strength and ability. Elaine helped my daughter and I with cooking lessons and menu ideas that would work with both of our dietary issues. We spent an afternoon together - through the magic of web cams. We prepared a vegetable lasagna, a spinach and strawberry salad, the most amazing miso soup ever and a squash and edamame treat that was out of this world. The dishes we prepared were made from fresh, organic ingredients that were gluten free, light on salt and most importantly quick and easy to prepare in our busy schedules. Elaine took every culinary and dietary issue of ours and came back with brilliant solutions. Elaine is knowledgeable and approachable with the ability to communicate what she knows without being preachy. I've ordered the Herblends seasonings, and she also has a cookbook. I'm very impressed her knowledge and abilities make great food and show us how she does it.
Megan is a very knowledgeable trainer and she loves to change up our routine consistently to avoid boredom. She is very consistent in calling me and keeping me true to my exercise routines and eating habits. Kay is knowledgeable, straightforward, and RIGHT! I had a number of health issues when I started seeing her. But through her dietary advice and supplement suggestions, she has managed to treat each one of them with tremendous success. IF and WHEN you are finally ready to stop feeling bad, there IS an alternative. Kay guides you through it. Her professional, conscientious advice is a life-saver! If I only had more discipline myself, I could do even more with her help. Her advice works when people get out of their own ways. It took me a lifetime of bad habits to feel bad. Kay managed to help me undo a great deal of that damage in a relatively MUCH shorter amount of time.
Therapy never quite made a difference for me in the past, and believe me I really wanted it to. Samanthas approach is so completely different and more personal then anything I experienced before that it has profoundly impacted my life in a way I always wished therapy would have. Unlike others, she helped me understand my life as a whole - and helped me develop a sense of self-compassion I never before realized would be so instrumental in my self-acceptance and self-growth. I learned to appreciate what it really means to be a growing human-being with Samantha and I learned to step back and see the whole picture of my life instead of just chopped up and seperate events. Some are good at making you think they understand you, but with Samantha one feels it. Best of all, she feels like a friend that really relates and not a detached doctor taking suspicious notes that is always at an arms length. I only wish I had met her sooner.

Dylan was a fantastic nutrition coach, and most importantly, a friend through the process. I've always struggled with various forms of inflammation, including leaky gut and celiac's disease. In terms of where I wanted to go, I laid out my desire for weight loss, unknowingly getting much more than I bargained for. I was introduced to the Ketogenic diet, something I later found out to be almost identical to the famous Atkins diet. From there I was given a personalized plan. During the process, Dylan was always available to contact. At one point, he joined for a grocery store spree where we ended up having a potluck together with my family. Progressing through the diet, I found that when I ate my inflammation wasn't acting up anymore! I couldn't believe it! A month later and I had lost 10lbs. Dylan made sure to keep up with me when I was getting weak or when the family left out snacks and candy. I would thoroughly recommend Dylan as both a dietician and health coach to anyone looking to see what can happen when they stick with something! :)
