Prior to working with JJ, my lifestyle wasn't very active. I knew i needed a personal trainer to help with my exercise routine, and JJ was the perfect guy. Since I started working with him 2 months ago, I am now definitely stronger, and he'll push you during training but still make it enjoyable. He also pointed out the things I needed to maintain during my off days, such as cardio. I definitely recommend him to help anyone who wants to start an active lifestyle.
First thing I loved about training with Oj is that there are no machines! He has a lot of great workouts that are way better! First talked over goals and stuff then an hour of several good workouts! He's very patient and about quality versus quantity which I loved! Not like my past trainers and experiences! He's also very flexible with payments which is so helpful! I already feel the success coming! I definitely recommend him!

Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.
Last winter I was fortunate enough to meet Paul and start my physical training program. I approached Paul with the lack of motivation to push myself to the level I desired. I wanted drastic results. I was ready to sculpt my body into top shape after having my second child. Although I am accustomed to weight training and competed in Division I college sports, I was a novice to Paul's style of training. I am constantly challenged by his weight training workouts which are infused with explosive squats, plyometrics, and sprints to name just a few. After six weeks, I had achieved more than I would have thought possible. The benefits included: a substantial drop in body fat (my leanest yet), increased overall body strength and energy, accelerated stamina, stabilized mood after recently having a baby, and sound sleep. After two years, I still look forward to each workout, and prepare for each session like I am pitching in the college world series, as he continuously keeps me guessing by introducing new skills and methods to keep my interest.
Hmmm... I'm not really sure how to write a review for this guy without sounding like a cheesy advertisement, but really, that's just how wonderful he was. I've been a long distance runner since I was 12 (I'm 26 now) and cardio has always been my preferred exercise. I've been plagued with injuries off and on for the last couple years so I decided I would give personal training a shot, learn how to sculpt and work out my body in a different way. I am so glad Manuk was up to the task. He sat me down and asked me exactly what I wanted to accomplish during our time together and what my long term goals were. He gave me an overview of what he thought the best plan was to meet these goals and always answered my persistent (and annoying) questions. One of my biggest problems with being in the gym and trying to convert to a healthier life style is accountability. I can work hard in the gym with Manuk three days a week, but it's the times that I wasn't with Manuk that made it hard because it was easy to "cheat". Manuk makes himself accessible to his clients. He encourages you to share apps such as my fitbit and my fitness pal to help with your nutrition, he encourages you to text him when you have questions... and I do mean any question. This guy even gave me tips on what booze would be least damaging to meeting my goals when it came time to go on vacation with my friends. The most helpful thing about Manuk, however, is how much he cares. There were times were I had personal things going on in my life that really affected my performance when I would meet with him, but he would be right there in that moment with me telling me he understands and encouraging me to use that in our work outs. And it worked. I, unfortunately, had to move 400 miles away for work and family, but I have yet to really click with any fitness instructor or trainer the way I did with Manuk. He's just that genuine (something I'm finding out is pretty hard to come by in this industry) and just that great.
I needed to hit the gym but just wasn't motivated. I saw Vinny training a client and liked how he included a lot of boxing and kickboxing. After 18 30-minute sessions, I have to say I feel great. Vinny knows his stuff! There is no doubt that he is aware of all the techniques. He doesn't promote any products and is always willing to help you. I would 100% recommend him to anyone reading this. He increased my cardio ability as well as strength. He determined that a full body workout was the way to make me lose weight and gain muscle. He was right, as usual. Seriously, stop looking for a trainer and call Vinny!
I'm a little over a month in and am super happy with the progress I'm making. I'm 25, tall and skinny, and have been working towards gaining weight/muscle. With Ronnie's eating advice and training plan, I've gained over 8 pounds and friends have been telling me they're seeing a difference in my body. Ronnie is super awesome, friendly, and challenges you to push forward and do more. Highly highly recommend!
Kim is the very best of the best with training, she is knowledgeable, fun, and encouraging. I look forward to the gym and her continuous energy and ability to motivate me. I love leaving the gym knowing I put in some good work. Kim listens to my concerns and tailors programs to fit my needs and hectic life. Sandy is such a lovely person to have as a trainer! She thinks of different hour long work outs for you for every time you train! We did a mixture of cardio and weight training, with special attention to the places on my body I wanted to tone. She's super personable, friendly, approachable, and generous with her time. I also lost a few inches the first month I trained. She was also willing to meet me at a local park or my own residence, which was helpful with certain weather conditions. I would recommend her to anyone who wants personal training--if you're looking for someone who yells at you and is more of a "sergeant" about it, though, this isn't for you.
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

Lee is an absolutely fantastic trainer! I am one of those people who starts something and quits pretty quickly. I had a baby and was in the worst shape of my life. I was nervous about getting a personal trainer for fear of being judged, not being able to keep up with the work outs, or the age old fear that nothing would change and I'd be stuck the way I am. Lee changed all that for me. Our first session he was easy on me, but still pushed me to do a much as I could. Then we built from there. He encouraged me to not only work out, but change my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle. He was always respectful and got to know me. He figured out just how far he could push me. As a married woman, I appreciated that he asked about my husband and never made me feel uncomfortable. I began feeling better and more confident in myself and my abilities. The only bad part about Lee is that he can't make the 4 hour commute to Memphis to continue training me! Seriously though, extremely professional guy who is dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and helping you to see that you can go further! I highly recommend him to train you no matter what stage you are at in your fitness.

Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.
My focus working with Sean has been injury prevention and functional movement training. He has been realistic with our planning, patient with my progress, and supportive of my goals. I work with Sean 2x a week and his emphasis on fostering a culture of fitness has encouraged me to eat more sensibly and incorporate gym time along with adequate sleep, allowing me to build a fitness habit for the the rest of my life. I actually met her thru a friend of mine, who was one of her close friends. I had hired several personal trainers but until Mami showed me her own training routines I was never happy. I wanted to get some good toned butt and get rid of my belly fat, after doing her routines for just 4 weeks, I started noticing my body is really rocking hot, and not only me, but all my friends and coworkers noticed the change on my body. She is a multi talented woman who can also listen to others when they need someone to talk to. I still do her routines and I could never be happier about the way I look!! Thanks, Mami!
