Latest Review: I began my weight loss journey just the other day (May 2, 2016) and only going three days a week (M-W) there has already been changes made!!! In my weight, slight physical appearance, and mentally! I'm more motivated than I've ever been!
David is awesome! He's professional, and a major support system! When you meet him you will see someone who is passionate about what he does: getting people healthy, in shape, and most importantly (to me) feeling great and confident about yourself! He pushes you throughout your workout and lets you know that you got this!! He's very easygoing and has patience during your exercises. He acknowledges the drive you have for yourself to lose weight and inspires and motivates you to keep on going!
David provides water and you can listen to any music of your choice during training!
His lovely wife handles the nutrition aspect. If you are not sure of what to eat she will make a "5-day meal plan" for you! It's disciplined for me and it helps a lot! Every week it may be something different. And it's multiple options/varieties of many foods to chose from (for the picky eaters!).
To improve your weaknesses, he makes you work on them by testing your strengths. It is a process! So don't get discouraged. With David as help and your own personal self control, you will succeed and become the best version of yourself!
Only 3 lbs down and I'm extremely excited to continue this process!!!!!! I cannot wait to see the visible results in the next few months. Thank you so much David!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
