Latest Review: When I talked to her over the phone just to do basic free consultation with her, I already knew that she was knowledgeable and I had some good feelings about doing a first session with her.
I have been training with her for about 5 months, I was seeing her 3 to 4 times a week first, but now, seeing her once a week as she has given me enough confident to do right training on my own, and seeing her once/twice a week still helps me to see that Im steadily staying active and keeping my ideal weight.
I had a big belly (whoops) and I wanted to get rid of it and start eating healthy and living healthy.
Seeing her 4 times a week for the first month and half (maybe for like 2 months or 3 months actually) really helped me to squeeze myself.
I realized how my ideas about "healthy eating" was not actually that healthy at all by getting meal plans by her.
Also, her training is hard yet not boring.
She does all kinds of sports and is good at incorporating them into conditioning. She will push you, and if you are the type of person who gives up so easily, she may just drop you, as she is a warrior and she loves people that have 'can do attitude'. She is there to reach your goals, but if you don't have the attitude to change your life, then there is nothing anyone can do for you. She tells all the time, YOU have to want it bad enough and I will help you to get there. But if your heart is not there, I can't help you. She is right, and she has motivated me in so many ways, and these days, I feel like I get attentions from ladies while walking into a store or walking down the street. I feel good and I know I look so much better than before.
