Justin is AWESOME. Working with justin has been a lot of fun. Not only with strength trainining, but flexibility and core training with yoga and acroyoga with my girlfriend and I. I go to justin to boost my workouts and mix things up. I'm a functional movement based sports doctor and I can tell you that I'm impressed with Justin's approach to exercise and wellness. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still learn more, reach your goals faster, and benefit from seeing an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Justin. He's also big on nutrition, which is fundamental to being and feeling healthy. His company Kula Wellness also does meal prep which is pretty cool. 5 stars!!

Christine recently started coming to my house to help me learn yoga. She spends a lot of teaching me stretches, which is very helpful before doing yoga poses. Her simple guidance has been invaluable in improving balance. Love her calm, positive energy.
Working with Jessa has been such a wonderful experience! I hadn't considered private/small group yoga sessions before finding her on Thumbtack but it has really expanded my understanding & interest in the practice. She is incredibly mindful and is always sure to check in with you to make sure you're getting the most out of her instruction. If you have any injuries or soreness she will show you alternative poses and makes sure to keep the sequence challenging enough but still within your ability. It's really cool to practice yoga specifically curated to your level - not like gym yoga or giant "all level" classes. If you're into it, she will also open practice with a short guided meditation to get you grounded, I hadn't had much experience with that before but I've found it to be quite beneficial! Lately I've been going to her new group sessions at the Felton Commons across the street from New Leaf on Highway 9 in Felton and it's a cool small class that is "all level" but it's still intimate enough so you still get the personal attention of a private lesson. I love it! Jessa had been such a gift and she makes me love yoga more all the time :)) do yourself a favor and try her out!
I had a private yoga session with Claire and as someone new to yoga, I felt that Claire's instruction was clear and helpful. I've gone through a few yoga techniques on my own following the instruction of youtube videos, but I found Claire's session to help take me to the next level. She corrected my form and technique to help me get the most out of my yoga and I could really feel the difference in what I was doing before versus what I learned from the private session. Claire helped me loosen up my hips and introduced a few new poses that I've added to my routine and helped fine tune the ones I was already familiar with. Overall, I enjoyed my session with Ferox Yoga and would definitely try more classes in the future.
I've been doing yoga with Jenn for several months now, and it's a consistently pleasant experience. She takes the time to make sure everyone is doing the moves correctly, and each session incorporates new moves and ideas.
I have taken class with Rebecca for over 8 years. Her classes are full of spirit, laughter and soul. She is particularly wonderful at teaching alignment. I cannot imagine my yoga journey without her guidance. She is a fantastic teacher and person.

I found out that she's a dedicated, patient person whom would spend countless hours in order to help myself reaches the goals. She's have a good fundamental on yoga, and together with her engaging, friendly manner has definitely make yoga a more interesting experienced for me.
My introductory yoga session with Ashley was a fantastic experience. She was very flexible on time and place, and suggested we meet in the park for our early morning session, which turned out to be a great choice. She's got an awesome personality, positive and energetic, and she's very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. I'm really looking forward to our future sessions.

I'm not the "yoga standard". I don't "Om" or chant, there is no talk of chakras, just movement, breath, focus and eating well. Life is just that simple.

Kayla discovered grace on the mat as a way to counteract the strains of classical ballet and competitive dancing in 1999. Since then, her asana practice has developed into a dharma of discovery. It has become clear that the past is written and cannot be erased; the future has yet to be drafted; only in the present moment can we truly be alive. Practicing and teaching internationally over the past 3 years, Kayla is a 200-hr Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher with over 250 hours of teaching experience. Currently, she is studying under Janet Stone in San Francisco to earn her 500-hr certificate in the Five Elements training program. Kayla's true passion is guiding those on the path of yoga to encounter the stillness between life's rises and falls by connecting prana and movement, removing boundaries and embracing vulnerability on and off the mat. As an instructor, Kayla hopes to invite practitioners to establish sustainable expansion; encouraging students to look beyond all that which separates, binds, limits or constrains. Kayla's classes are infused with mantra, cadence and community; stimulating awareness through powerful yet nurturing sequencing paired with attentive guidance; she humbly bows with overwhelming gratitude to all of her teachers and fellow practitioners along the way that have shed light upon this beautiful dharma she has been blessed with.
