Justin is AWESOME. Working with justin has been a lot of fun. Not only with strength trainining, but flexibility and core training with yoga and acroyoga with my girlfriend and I. I go to justin to boost my workouts and mix things up. I'm a functional movement based sports doctor and I can tell you that I'm impressed with Justin's approach to exercise and wellness. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still learn more, reach your goals faster, and benefit from seeing an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Justin. He's also big on nutrition, which is fundamental to being and feeling healthy. His company Kula Wellness also does meal prep which is pretty cool. 5 stars!!
Jared is great! He is fun to work with. I have lost 8 pounds, many inches and feel wonderful. He has a holistic approach and this is what I was looking for. He has a strong background in yoga and I enjoy the mix of strength training, yoga and massages. I highly recommend Jared!!
As a fellow yoga instructor and student of Amanda's classes I could not recommend her more highly. During our time together at "the source" of yoga, Rishikesh in India, Amanda's holistic teaching of yoga made me feel like a better yoga practitioner, more in tune with what was happened externally but also internally. What most impressed me and the reason for loving Amanda's yoga style is: 1. she is committed to her students 2. she practices what she preaches 3. direct but warm approach 4. she offers so so much more than just yoga postures 5. her thirst for knowledge 6. most importantly, for me at least, she is committed and dedicated but she doesn't take an all or nothing approach. She truly follows the yoga as a journey approach.
I had a private yoga session with Claire and as someone new to yoga, I felt that Claire's instruction was clear and helpful. I've gone through a few yoga techniques on my own following the instruction of youtube videos, but I found Claire's session to help take me to the next level. She corrected my form and technique to help me get the most out of my yoga and I could really feel the difference in what I was doing before versus what I learned from the private session. Claire helped me loosen up my hips and introduced a few new poses that I've added to my routine and helped fine tune the ones I was already familiar with. Overall, I enjoyed my session with Ferox Yoga and would definitely try more classes in the future.
Christine recently started coming to my house to help me learn yoga. She spends a lot of teaching me stretches, which is very helpful before doing yoga poses. Her simple guidance has been invaluable in improving balance. Love her calm, positive energy.

Sasha is a yogi. He is definitely the greatest yogi I know, but then again he’s the only yogi I know. Sasha takes yoga very seriously - he reads lots of books by the great yogis, studies chakras and views it as a spiritual practice above all. He took a Kundalini Yoga instructor class and wants to help others on their spiritual path. I once visited Sasha with my girlfriend, and since he’s a friend of mine, he offered us a class which he called “simple”. Since I’m definitely not a yogi I found nothing simple about this class. Let me tell you, I was quite impressed with Sasha’s command of his body. The things he does with his stomach are kinda crazy. My muscles were sore for 3 days after that. This was mighty impressive to watch Sasha practice his passion. Sasha approach to yoga is very spiritual. He hums, chants mantras and all that stuff. If you’re into spirituality, you might get a kick out of that. He can use yoga to invoke rather intense psychedelic experiences in himself, and probably in you, too. You have to agree that this is an impressive ability. Yoga is an ancient art of discovering the reality of your existence. Yogis train for many years to attain the absolute truth and perceive reality for what it is. Those yogis who attain to truth are called gurus. Sasha is no guru yet, but he has definitely worked through some of his attachments with the help of yoga and plant medicine. So he might help you start the journey of self-discovery, as long as you don’t get too attached to yoga or Sasha in the process, and focus on the experience that he can help you have rather than his explanation of your experience, which would probably involve chakras. You will also probably get more healthy. Actually, if you practice consistently - for sure. But if you’re looking at yoga as an eastern-flavored gymnastics, Sasha is not for you. He is well above that level. You’d be better off booking a class at your local gym.
I've had two sessions so far with Chris, and they've both been great. It's been a few years since I've done any yoga, so we started from the basics during our first session. Whenever he teaches me a new pose or transition, he will always demonstrate first (or even do the pose with me) and then provide ongoing coaching to help with my alignment. I've been having some knee problems recently, but he's been mindful about not putting too much strain on it at any given time. Chris is professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, and I really appreciate that he brings equipment with him. I'm looking forward to building more strength and flexibility in future sessions!
I hired Stephanie as a private yoga instructor & I can't say enough about what a wonderful decision this was. I have tried yoga classes in the past & have always struggled to keep up. Stephanie has been so patient & has explained everything so well. I finally feel like I understand things & am making progress as I never did before. Gina took a very personal approach when we started our lessons. I suffered from sciatic pain after a lower back/ spasm injury due to a bulging disk so decided to try yoga to help strengthen my lower back and lessen my pain. She was always prepared with different poses to improve my health. She has a true passion for the practice and helping her patients. Gina was in it for the journey with me and I really appreciated that.
I've never take a Yoga class before as this is my first time and it's a life changing experienced. My endurance and reflexes weren't good before I took the class but through the helps of Ms. Gangadhara, I've gradually increase my stamina and my reflexes are quite good now.
