- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am just finishing up my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, which took 3 years. Lots of continuing education to stay at the forefront of my medicine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's kind of a long story, but I was working in San Francisco and got the call that my sister had 6 months to live. I moved home and emerged myself in the healing arts to help her. It worked. I decided to become a doctor and in my research felt that Chinese Medicine would be the best paradigm to truly assist others on their path.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would ask questions. Any and all. And then take that information and make an integrated decision based on how you feel. Trust your instinct.
