Stain Patrol was able to perform a "move out" clean of our rental home at the end of our lease - this is a full cleaning including steam clean carpets, clean fridge/stove/bathrooms/kitchen/general home, and windows inside and out. They did all that in about 5 hours - the prices were in line with other services and they provided one stop service. The staff were professional and fun, and the work was excellent and efficient. We received our full security deposit back from the property management, which is all you can ask for from a move-out cleaning!

What an incredible family-owned company! They were punctual when they came for an estimate and when they came to do the work. They shifted things around to accommodate my schedule and they were willing to add on additional services that I requested as they went along. In the end, they cleaned my condo top to bottom (after very dirty tenants had moved out) - including appliances, cleaning out light fixtures, window tracks and even scrubbing the vents over the stove. They cleaned the windows inside and out, took down all the venetian blinds and had them dipped overnight, steam cleaned the sofa and an area rug, cleaned my grout and scrubbed my balcony. I found them reasonably priced and extremely easy to work with. Hugo and Alma, as well as all of their staff are so polite! They have become my one stop shop for all my future cleaning needs and I am hoping to use them to replace carpeting as well.

Hugo did and incredible job on our tile and carpet. The tile looks brand new and he was able to get our dog's pee stain smell out of the carpet. We would definitely recommend them and we would hire them again.

Hugo was prompt, friendly, polite and willing to help move a few items! He took extra steps to make sure the spots and heavy traffic areas were addressed first. The carpet looks clean, fluffy and ready to lie on!
