I love the flawless look I received from Cristal when she did my make-up for a wedding. I never had to retouch my make-up the whole night! Cristal knows how to compliment whatever look you’re going for. I appreciated how punctual and professional she was through the whole process.

I have trusted Cristal with my face (and that's huge because I have a high regard and care for my skin) for over 6 years now. Aside from special occasions, I trusted Cristal to bring out my happiness on two momentous days of my life; that is my engagement photo shoot and wedding day! I admire and respect Cristal's comittment to cleanliness/sanitation, as I have seen her prep. Also, Cristal is very receptive to my ideas, visions and suggestions. Yet, she also hints and plays with ideas to ultimately reach my satisfaction. Overall, Cristal is great at her craft and I highly recommend her !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For parties of 6 of more a group discount rate of $120 ($30 off) per person is applied. There is a travel fee based on mileage from my location to yours. Local clients in Santa Cruz CA incur no travel charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strongly suggest scheduling a trial run if you want to explore a variety of makeup looks or products and we get to know each other too!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in retail working for MAC cosmetics when I was 18 years old. MAC trains their artists relentlessly! I've learned how to do editorial, beauty, drag,and themed mask makeup through the company. The retail world was not for me in the long run but keeping my creativity stimulated is very important to me. This results in 10+ years of doing makeup.
