- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Too complicated to describe as it depends on the nature of the job. I hope you understand - this necessitates the free consultation that I offer to make this discovery quick and painless for you and me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes: at present I read to stay on track especially in the domain of socio cognitive neuroscience - affecting team effectiveness, focus, leadership, decision making and long term productivity. This occupies a good part of my time. I have spent years in the past studying and doing courses - too many to list. My educational time is very much leveraged via reading and discussions with higher level coaches from time to time: I set up interviews with leaders in the industry (that I know) from time to time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I met my first mentor via another coach about 22 years ago: I was impressed by his ability to settle a dispute between two audience members in five minutes without saying much; but by asking two very relevant questions. I was hooked and wanted to learn how to master the art of coaching and influencing people within integrity.
