Introduction: After 15 years in the health and fitness world, 8 of which as a personal trainer, I pride myself on being intuitive. Intuitive to know when to talk and recommend as well as when to shut my mouth and let the client tell me what's important to them and their limitations. i have worked with many personal trainers. I can honestly say Sean is by far the best trainer I have ever had. He has a great variety of routines and every session was something different and challenging. He is very knowlegable in TRX, HIIT, and fuctional training. He also is extremely friendly and great at making anyone feel comfortable no matter what their fitness level. Working with him I was able to improve my endurance greatly and acheived weight loss/ toning that I could never acheive with other trainers. I always looked forward to our sessions as Sean makes every workout fun. I always felt like my beast mode was on with our sessions. But if I was having an off day or had an injury Sean is patient and adjusts the workouts accordingly. I always walked away from each session feeling great about myself, I always would learn something new, and felt so much improvement. I would highly recommend training with Sean for anyone wanting to improve their fitness and wanting to feel great about yourself.

Sean is an excellent personal trainer. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I like how he demonstrates how to do an exercise, explains what muscles should be working, and provides feedback on how I should improve my form. He asks how I am doing and listens to my concerns. He adjusts pace and level of difficulty accordingly. I had no specific goals when I signed up, aside from wanting to improve my general health overall, as I was doing zero exercise. But Sean has always been motivating and encouraging. I have a half-hour session every week, and it has been about 5 months so far. Working with Sean, I have increased my physical activity, enjoyed learning new exercises and variations, and continue to look forward to training every week!
