I really enjoyed the class with him. He's such an intelligent and qualified teacher and helped me a lot even with a pronunciations of confusing words. His explanations were super easy to understand and follow. I highly recommend him to someone who needs help with learning and practicing English from beginner to advanced level.

Lois has a great ability to adapt to the student's needs. I love her teaching methods, developed by her based in all her years of experience teaching english. I've experienced a really fast improvement with pronunciation, which was my number one concern. I've really enjoyed her classes and I totally recommend her!

I'm really enjoying studying Spanish with Franco. He's very engaging, supportive and tailors our time together to what I want to learn, which mostly is gaining confidence in speaking. Back in college, I had a year of Spanish, on top of 4 years of French, so I have a basic knowledge of Spanish. We're adding verbs, words, grammar and conversational sentences. He's professional, punctual (I appreciate that!) and very helpful. I also appreciate his availability on email for questions in-between our meetings. I highly recommend Franco if you really want to learn Spanish.

Awesome teacher😀. We started out with lessons for my small children Elsa made learning so much fun for them with games and post-it's throughout the house. My children learned quickly and we fluent before they took Spanish in school. So impressed with Elsa I later hired Elsa to teach my husband and I Spanish. Elsa's approach helped us also learn quickly. We love her she is kind, patient and so much fun. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn Spanish. Wally P

Daniel provided coaching on a 6,000 word essay. Daniel was great. He provided help with grammar, sentence structure, and flow of the essay. He did not "correct" the essay, he was a coach who gave guidance and shared lessons on how to think about the work that will be helpful in the future.

We’ve had a great experience with Club Z. I had two international students that were tutored thru them. One 14 year old that needed much help since English isn’t her primary language and an 18 year old preparing for SAT. I would definitely recommend them.

I'm Chinese. My 12 year old twin-son and I moved here in Aug 2015. My sons just started their English learning before we came here. My friend helped me finding a English tutor, her name is Barbara. She is very nice, experienced, patient and professional beyond my expectations. She even went to my sons' school talked with their teacher to understand their situation and Taylor made their lessons. What a nice and responsible teache she is! This will never happen in my country. She is so great and I want to show my appreciation to her here! How lucky we are to find such excellent teacher. My sons's English are improved obviously and the score in last semester proofed her effort! We will continuely work with her in the coming year for sure.

Nancy is a wonderful teacher. She is patient and engaging. She tried to make my Italian lessons fit the things I was interested in in my everyday life in order to make it meaningful for me. Lessons were fun, which made learning easier.

We hired Ed to provide Algebra II tutoring for our son Tim at the beginning of the 2015 school year. I can say that after a year working with Ed, Tim’s Algebra skills have improved significantly, and he has found a great friend and mentor in Ed. We will definitely be hiring Ed again this year to tutor our other sons! Overall, Ed is calm, good natured, knows how to handle teenagers, and is very knowledgeable in the field of mathematics. The best part is that Ed is a UCLA grad – LOVE that! I highly recommend him.

About

A results driven teacher, I cut through the excess and get down to what matters right away. In regards to Spanish or English, getting you the target vocabulary you need to do your job or to communicate better is number one. Giving you the comprehension and strategy to pass tests, be they common core state standardized, TOEFL, CBEST, Praxis or anything that requires reading comprehension, english literature grammar mechanics, or writing is something we can easily do together. We work hard but we do so playing educational games that get us to our goal. I will show you how to study with flash cards to memorize a ton of information in only a short amount of time. I work well with and have experience teaching from the very youngest of children to Corporate Business Professionals. Children love me. I am educated, experienced, highly recommend and referred. I am looking for clients that have a long term goal and want to meet on a routine basis. This is so I have a set schedule and get my own studies done. (Masters in Education)
