Prior to working with JJ, my lifestyle wasn't very active. I knew i needed a personal trainer to help with my exercise routine, and JJ was the perfect guy. Since I started working with him 2 months ago, I am now definitely stronger, and he'll push you during training but still make it enjoyable. He also pointed out the things I needed to maintain during my off days, such as cardio. I definitely recommend him to help anyone who wants to start an active lifestyle.
AWESOME PERSONAL TRAINER!! I started working out with OJ in July 2016. I was kind of skeptical of a new personal trainer because of my bad experiences with other trainers, but OJ is very different. He wants to know your goals and definitely makes you put in the hard work to accomplish them. When I am scheduled to workout with OJ, that entire hour is totally focused on my health goals. He is very patient and encouraging and for once in my life, I don't dread working out. I actually enjoy the intensity of the work-outs and I have lost weight already. I am not where I want to be physically as of yet, but I have already seen improvements with my body and overall fitness level. What I do know is, if I stick with OJ, my goals will be accomplished in no time!! My advice for someone looking for a personal trainer, give OJ a try, you definitely won't regret it!!

Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

Over the past several years, I have worked with and been trained by several trainers, but I found Manuk to be personable, compassion and above concerned about his clients training goals. His drive for the client's success and his "no non-sense" approach to workout training, I found to be commendable. Specifically, for me, I have always had a weight management problem and been concerned about my weight, since finding and working with Manuk, I have been accountable and through that accountability and my willingness to commit to a food plan, I have seen results I previously didn't imagine. I am currently meeting with Manuk 3x/wk and after each workout, I feel accomplished and complete. Vinny is amazing at what he does. He really took the time during the initial consultation to get to know me and find out what my needs were. His approach encompasses the well being of mind, body and spirit. His demeanor is calm and professional, and it is apparent that he truly cares about his clients' success. This is my first experience with a personal trainer, and I was quite nervous about what I may find. In Vinny, I found much more than I could have hoped for. Ronnie is someone worth having as a personal trainer. As someone who normally does my own thing when working out, I was nervous with opening up to her when we first met. Needless to say, I had nothing to be so nervous about. Ronnie made a point of making me comfortable so I could voice my physical concerns and goals without any problem. She crafted a challenging workout plan for me to follow as well as put me on to counting the calories I eat to give me a firsthand look at what I need to put to aside in order to get to where I physically need to be. Incorporating a perfect form when exercising to get the maximum result is Ronnie's specialty. I definitely felt the difference between how I used to workout and how I workout now. If you are in search of a great trainer who knows her stuff and will stand by you every step of the way with encouraging words and proper motivation, Ronnie is it. Her style is such that it motivates me to push myself without feeling forced to. I truly get the most out of my workouts nowadays. I have Ronnie to thank for reigniting my love and value of exercise. Meghan is a powerhouse - a true professional! She walks her talk by staying fit, healthy and progressive in the best practice methods available. Although I am a certified health and wellness coach, she added depth to what I know. She provided great tasting recipes that were satisfying and easy to prepare. She also was my personal trainer and yoga coach. She pushed me beyond my comfort zone and helped me understand the true strength of my body. Phil is the perfect trainer if you're looking for someone who: Focuses on fitness and health as well as looking good. Is excellent at assessing the best workout for you according to what you want. Is a positive motivator. Has a great sense of humor and at the same time is professional and conscientious. I've had several trainers over the years. When my friend asked me if I wanted to train with Phil I was hesitant. Being a trained massage therapist and reflexologist, I'm educated in anatomy and physiology. I have found a lot of personal trainers to not be so well rounded in the whole aspect of fitness. I was impressed with Phil. My body is shaping up quickly and I always enjoy the workouts. It's been a year since I started working with Derek. In this one year I've learnt a lot from Derek in terms of overall fitness, exercises, right postures, nutrition and so on. He does due diligence with your current physical state and tailors the exercises according to what is best for your body. I'm very happy that I choose Derek as my personal trainer as his recommendations and training has helped me be in track to achieve my goals. More than a trainer Derek has become a great friend of mine. Along with the exhaustion I look forward to the great conversations we have at the gym.

Allen is one of the best trainers ever. He is very professional and cares about his clients. I have been working out with him for a little longer than a year and it has been awesome. Lee is an absolutely fantastic trainer! I am one of those people who starts something and quits pretty quickly. I had a baby and was in the worst shape of my life. I was nervous about getting a personal trainer for fear of being judged, not being able to keep up with the work outs, or the age old fear that nothing would change and I'd be stuck the way I am. Lee changed all that for me. Our first session he was easy on me, but still pushed me to do a much as I could. Then we built from there. He encouraged me to not only work out, but change my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle. He was always respectful and got to know me. He figured out just how far he could push me. As a married woman, I appreciated that he asked about my husband and never made me feel uncomfortable. I began feeling better and more confident in myself and my abilities. The only bad part about Lee is that he can't make the 4 hour commute to Memphis to continue training me! Seriously though, extremely professional guy who is dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and helping you to see that you can go further! I highly recommend him to train you no matter what stage you are at in your fitness.
Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.
I highly recommend Luis as your personal trainer. I am a female who has worked out with him for over a year now. He promised me I wouldn't 'bulk' up, but rather slim down and get more toned.
