Our focus is quality and attention to detail at flexible and competitive rates. Cheap isn't always a good thing but we strive to be low in price yet a high quality service provider. We will go the extra step to assure you chose correctly.
We’ll send our professionals to your home to pack everything and move your valuables to a new residence same day! Get a cheap rate on regional moving rather than deal with traditional moving issues with bigger companies, Direct Service Pros will take the load off you! We offer local moves for great prices with reasonable hourly rates and no hidden fees!
To get started, we’ll give you a head’s up on everything to expect. We collect up front deposit to be charged a few days before moving if you choose the flat rate option instead of the hourly. Our smart pricing system factors in the specific details of your move to give you the best price possible! Whether it’s a piano or a refrigerator big or small we move it all! Depending on the job we will use a van, box truck or trailer. 2 hour requirement and instant booking fee will be charged.

I called them to do a very last minute job for my sister in law, in Long Beach, who needed help with her move. They were very responsive and professional. They promptly provided much needed help for her to be able to move out in time.

Terrible service. I scheduled with this mover a time for today at 12 p.m. and he didn’t show up, while before he confirmed in writing the booking date and time and promised in writing to provide me the service. His excuse was that the thumbtack application is terrible and that’s why he missed the confirmed date for service, which is a complete lie, he just got another client and decided to go with him. He didn’t even bother himself to call me in advance and inform me that he will not be available to provide me a service. I had to call to other movers and since it is a same date service I could arrange them for a later time. I lost my time, money and got very disappointed.
I would not recommend this company to someone else, the person is a cheater and not reliable at all. He may not show up at the place at the last moment and ruin all your plans. Choose someone else, a lot of movers are available around and much more professional.

Hello Aynur you instant booked for an Irvine to San Diego move from our Santa Monica branch which didn’t make and sense. Santa Monica is pretty far from Irvine and is the wrong branch to book services out of for a move from Irvine to San Diego. You should have chose a closer branch, But instead of taking accountability for scheduling incorrectly you blatantly and willfully mislead with your statements whilst leaving this damaging review. Thankfully we also have the chance to respond and tell the entire story. We called you about the scheduling issue to see if we could get a team closer to you to perform services and there was an immediate language barrier, you wouldn’t allow us to speak and were very unreasonable you even threatened us, so we refused service because that kind of hostile behavior is unacceptable. The instant book through thumbtack doesn’t take into account jobs that aren’t instant books but are still scheduled. On our profile it says do not instant book because there’s additional charges and a host of other issues (mandatory instant book is a new policy thumbtack has implemented which has caused a lot of contractors problems). They charge us 3 times the price for a lead even if you choose to go with another company. You admitted that you hadn’t read our profile which when hiring a company is paramount. You should ALWAYS read a company’s profile. Interestingly enough you still ended up having to pick a later date with another company admittedly, so rescheduling would have been easier for you. Take care and we are glad that you were able to still have your things moved. Please be honest when leaving a review. You damage the job prospects for everyone when you do that not just the person scheduling your move.
