I was really happy with Triumph's photobooth services at my wedding. They had a large backdrop to accomodate alot of big groups. Our attendant was really friendly and helpful and their setup didn't take up alot of space. They were able to customize the picture design to our wedding.

This review is long overdue. They stepped in with a photo booth for my wedding on 08/06/2016 after the people we originally booked fell through less than two weeks before our wedding. They travelled for our wedding, were professional, prompt, and the guests loved the booth! Their prices are also amazing! I felt saved by Will and his crew for stepping in at the last hour and being there when I needed them. I hate to say it...but I struggle writing reviews. I don't enjoy it, but really feel like these guys deserve it. I would recommend this photo booth service without hesitation. Thanks so much!

Outstanding! Amazing! DJ Steve exceeded our expectations and was truly a pleasure to work with during this whole wedding process. We were lucky to have DJ Steve for our wedding 11/17/2012! All the communication with Moondance was super easy and very prompt. DJ Steve provided great suggestions for music and helped through the whole process, he really focused on our musical tastes and incorporated both of our styles in to the day. He was super flexible with phone dates/meetings and kept in touch throughout the entire planning period. He really eased our minds, we knew we could trust him with our wedding and he was super reliable time after time. The dance floor was packed the entire evening, he even had the oldies but the goodies shaken it on the dance floor. The music was just awesome and had everyone dancing like crazy all night long. Even my now husband who hates to dance was out there all night. Our reception was fantastic, so many guest told us this is the best wedding we have ever been to and the DJ is awesome. Thank you DJ Steve for making our reception so wonderful. DJ Steve was the best, anytime we need a DJ in the future, Steve and Moondnace is our #1. Tom is an excellent photographer, we couldn't have asked for better service for our wedding. Tom has a way of making you, the client, feel comfortable with the pictures that are being taken, and he makes your guests feel happy getting their pictures taken too! He also has a keen eye for perspectives that are unique, romantic, and artistic, and our moments became extra special because of this. Tom was perfectly on time, and made sure that all of our important pictures were taken with the time we had. For such a high caliber of work, his price is extremely worthwhile. Grant was phenomenal! As an event planner for a media organization, I tend to travel all over the place and work with many vendors. Grant is one of the best photographers I have ever worked with. He was so prompt with my questions, and a true professional. The event itself was a multi panel conference, and his commitment to getting the best shot possible was outstanding. He was also effective in moving around the room and through the audience without distracting the attendees, which is a HUGE bonus. The quality of his work is fantastic. He was able to capture the speakers in a thoughtful yet dynamic manner, which is exactly what I was looking for. I would happily work with Grant again and recommend him highly.

My husband and I hired Nataliia for our wedding this past December and we were very happy with our pictures and I cannot stop looking at them! We were an hour late on our wedding day and she still managed to make up for time and provide us with thousands of gorgeous photos, as well as, stay an extra hour upon a moment's notice. We were provided with thousands of high quality edited pictures from our pre wedding shoot, Hindu ceremony, and reception - at 3 separate venues. The three things we appreciated most about her work were: (1) her prices are extremely budget friendly given the quality of photography (2) she made a gloomy winter day seem like a beautiful summer day by her superb editing skills! (3) she captured some very raw candid moments which we will now be able to look back on and cherish forever!!! I would also like to mention that she was always punctual, polite, and flexible.

Anita and Christopher are SO Amazing! There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am that they became a part of our special day. There are not enough words to describe how helpful Ricki was as my wedding coordinator. Her experience is so valuable, and her passion unmatched. What I think was most helpful, was Ricki's willingness to be there with you physically, no matter how stressed/anxious/confused you are to make sure you know that everything is going to be okay. I also can't stress enough how helpful it is to have Ricki to connect you to the BEST vendors EVER. I would recommend hiring Ricki as both a planner and day of coordinator, and realize now (and recommend) the value is hiring her along with her assistant, because the reality is, a wedding is a performance that needs to be orchestrated, and you want a team in charge of this. Ricki is tough, but realistic. She is who you need to battle the Wedding Industrial Complex, where you will get taken advantage of left and right. Thanks Ricki!

What does a wedding event coordinator do?

How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
  • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.
  • What are your ideas for fulfilling our wedding vision? After you describe your dream wedding — rustic or sophisticated, traditional or funky — the wedding coordinator should be able to suggest appropriate venues, menus, decorations, etc..
