"After taking a hiatus from lifting, I started training with Jordan in January 2018. His guidance, structure and motivation was exactly what I needed to get me back into shape. Thanks to his hypertrophy and strength programs, and I've dropped 8% body fat in 6 months--all while adding lean mass. Here are my RESULTS with Jordan: Jan 12, 2018: 26.9% body fat | 124lb bodyweight June 15, 2018: 18.3% body fat | 127lb bodyweight Lifts as of June 2018 (no belt): Squat 135lb x 5 Deadlift 155lb x 5 Bench 85lb x 5 Hip thrust 225lb x 6 Dead hang pull ups 5 x 6 sets Jordan is highly experienced and knowledgeable--not only from training clients for the past 10+ years--but from his own training as a hardcore competitive endurance athlete. He finished a 99-mile bike race in Sonoma this May in 5:20 (and came in 1st), has multiple marathons, ultramarathons--and even Ironman--under his belt. What an inspiration!! He also lifts, so his strength-focused clients benefit enormously from his wealth of expertise. Oh yeah, I've seen him bang out 20 dead hang pull ups under 60 seconds--with flawless form! Here are other reasons why Jordan is such an exceptional trainer (though there are too many to list): *He is highly attentive to injury prevention and correct technique. He knows just the right amount to push you, without you compromising your form. He'll have you do corrective stretches and exercises to fix muscle imbalances. *He's super organized. He tracks your workouts and body composition measurements on a shared Google sheet. No old-school "clipboard and paper" workout sheets. *He is a hardcore fitness geek with a science-based approach to training. He stays abreast with the latest strength and conditioning research, for your benefit (he's studying to be CSCS). *He is dedicated to his clients. He is responsive whenever I have a question for him outside of training time. Schedule permitting, Jordan has so generously stayed "overtime" to wrap up my workout--even though I was his last client after a long day! Jordan has gone private and I now train with him at Truve in downtown Oakland. He also trains clients 2 days a week in San Francisco. Jordan epitomizes the best in his field and will help you get the results you're looking for."

"I have fibromyalgia. The best I had ever been was after spending three weeks at a pain clinic (a real one, not a drug -related clinic.) After one two-hour session with Stephen, I felt better than I have in years. My spine was straight; my limp was gone. I had so much energy. He combines many forms of reiki and massage and was very gentle. I plan to continue to use him on a regular basis. I have so much hope. Before I believed I would just get worse until I died. "Stephen incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality, and will push you beyond your mental (which I need most) and physical limits to get most out of the training without screaming at me. He is fully focussed on you while training and whenevwer time permits he quickly jots down my progress and motivates me with all the Instagram recordings :) he is either working out with me to demonstrate or couting my reps or recording the video for my reference. there is decent progress within a month and i am hopeful that I will achieve my target soon with help and motivation from him. I strongly recommend him to anyone for best body and mind :)"

"I recently was in the hospital for 2 months where I lost the use of the muscles in my entire body. Barely able to walk when I first met Mel, he literally brought me back to life. Way more than a personal trainer, he became one of my dearest friends and health advocates. After about 2 months training with Mel, where we started slow (i was only 92 pound) i was back up to 120 and doing TRX and BOXING with him. My recovery and life would not be the same if I didn't work with Mel. He is literally the best!!!!! "
