I was intrigued by the “Brazil” like experience... it was like an HVAC superhero visited my house! My heater tripped the high limit switch on the coldest day of the year. I sent a request through thumbtack- HP mechanical came out within hours. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly - not enough fresh air intake because my filters were super clogged after the recent fire - the part wasn’t available immediately so they bypassed the switch until it arrives. They also made a configuration change to the heating system which wasn’t set up properly when it was new 10 years ago. I was especially pleased the heat was back on, even more pleased with their positive attitude. Their good deed is fixing things right, right away, and away they go to the next mission! ;-)

Without reservation, I highly recommend HP Mechanical. Rudy Herrera came to my house to give me an estimate on air duct repair. Both Rudy and his colleague were professional, polite, and personable. They arrived in a marked truck and were wearing company shirts. They did a thorough investigation to assess the damage. Rudy took the time to explain how the HVAC system works and answer all my questions. I could tell he has a great deal of experience, knowledge, and he’s passionate about the work he does. The best part about my experience however, was that Rudy was honest. He could of done a patch job to bandaid the situation and turn a profit and I would have willingly paid for it. I appreciate his commitment to high quality work and not wanting to compromise our air quality. He helped me understand the scope of work was beyond my responsibility as a tenant, knowing that this would mean he would not be doing the job. That’s a guy you can trust! Thank you for your honesty Rudy! When I become a homeowner, I will definitely reach out to you for all my HVAC needs.

Rudy was fantastic! We had just bought a new house and the dryer was having problems with pushing air out through the dryer duct. Rudy was prompt, figured out what needed to be done and completed the work in less than an hour. I highly recommend him for duct cleaning!
